I think that Fotki.com is the best picture site! I've had mine for a while now and I love it. You can have lots of pictures & anyone can leave you comments!

Yeah, picturetrail.com is good, but you can only leave comments in the guestbook,not the individual pictures.
Fotki.com is my absolute favorite for picture albums... it's VERY easy to use and upload things... and your friends can leave individual comments on the pictures... I highly recommend it!
