ok i've been on and off about this a couple times i'm not sure if i am in love ok well she's one of my best friends and i think about her A LOT and whenever i see her or talk to her i get butterflies and i dream about her constantly (not wet dreams)lol and when i hear a love song i think about her and sometimes cry so is it true love?
Since you're so young, I would say it's just infatuation at this point. Teens often confuse love and infatuation with each other. True love is something felt between people who have been together for years and are on the brink of marriage, or are already married. Rarely ever does true love come in teenage years.
Try it out with her and don't go into it thinking you love her, because that may scare her away and whatnot.

I don't know know what birds and bees means, I know it has to do with sex, but I don't get it... Does anybody know a site WITHOUT many pictures, please? I can't find one with helpful pictures... And appropriate ones. 0o; In other words, I have never had the sex talk. Anybody know a site that can do it for me? My parents yell at me when I ask, so I can't ask them...

Those two may help a bit.

Yes, that is a lot, and to be honest, I would put all of it in the bank as soon as you can, because it will turn into a lot more in a matter of time.

Okk
this happened to my friend this one day
I dunno
It made me wonder
Okk imagine you have a boyfriend and have a couple of your friends with you to Six Flags :D
You go with your friends and your boyfriend to the rides you and your friends like. . .
Your boyfriend gets upset or angry because you always go only on water rides, he leaves
Would you chase after him and talk to him or stay with your friends and go on the ride??
:D
If I cared about my relationship, I would go after them.
If I didn't really care that much, then I would stay with my friends.
I'm not sure if this is hypothetical or real, but I'm sure whichever decision you made or will make or thought about making is fine. Sometimes it's appropriate to cater to the needs of your boyfriend and sometimes it's appropriate to cater to the needs of your friends. If you're ALWAYS with your boyfriend, I would say it would be best to stay with them, because they might get really mad. If you always spend time with them and not him, it's the opposite.
But why would he come if he didn't want to ride things? That's why I never bring friends who aren't as enthusiastic about rides as I am, because I like to ride the "big" things and such, and if they don't- it's no fun for either of us.

I'm 15 and still haven't started my period, is that normal? :/ My mom says she started at like 12, so I figured I would have started early, but I still haven't started...
Yes, it's normal. If by 18 or 19 you still don't have it, that is when I would start to worry a bit.
You're just a late bloomer, and there's nothing wrong with that. We're all human and we definitely are not all the same when it comes to puberty ;].

I'm 13 and i cut myself, drink, suffer from depression, and have suicidal thoughts. i need help but i don't want to speak to anyone because no one knows. and i want to stop without some one even knowing i had this. how do i do this?? i'm a mess.
Well since you have anonymity here, you would get the same if you tried a hotline.
Here's the national suicide hotline number:
1-800-SUICIDE
1-800-784-2433
Please seek some help. I know you said you didn't want anyone knowing, but it will be better for you in the long run if you just tell someone close to you.

For about four months I've been going out with a really nice guy. I do somewhat like him, but he likes me a LOT more than I like him. He's really sweet but, to be honest, I'm bored.
Is this a reason to dump him, or should I stick it out and see what happens?
Boredom is normal. I wouldn't dump him. Try to switch things up and do different things with him. Go places you haven't been. Try new things.
If you don't like him really anymore, it wouldn't be fair to either of you if you kept dating. So if you don't like him, I would say that's a reason, but if you still like him, boredom isn't really a good reason unless neither of you try to solve it.

wat are some positins for sleeping
i do a lot of body positions and i cant get content with how i sleep with my body
WHAT DO YOU PEOPLE DO?
Hmm, laying on my back with my head looking at the ceiling is VERY uncomfortable, so I don't do that.
Usually I lay on one side with the lower hand under my pillows and my other arm at my side. Sometimes I have both hands under my pillow, and sometimes I have my upper hand between my head and the pillow, and my other hand below the pillow.
Other than that, I have my back up to the ceiling, with my head to either side.
Maybe it's not your sleeping positions, it might be your mattress. See how old yours is and decide if you should get a new one or not ;]

wats tooth decay
and wisdom tooth
and SWEET TOOTH
Tooth decay is what happens to your teeth over time if you have eaten a lot of sweets, salts, etc. It wears away at the enamel [the outside of your teeth] and it's rather bad.
Here's information about the wisdom teeth: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wisdom_teeth
Sweet tooth is when you eat a lot of sweets and you tend to chew them in the same area in an amount of time. Your tooth becomes really sensitive to other foods, and it actually hurts to chew other foods with that area of the mouth.

is it true that when you plug your ipod into another person's computer to add songs from their itunes library to your ipod, that all of the songs you already had on your ipod will get deleted? i've heard a few people say that you can only plug your ipod into your itunes account and plugging it into another one will screw it up, and that it has something to do with registering it.. i wanted to add some songs from my friend's computer but i don't want anything to happen to the songs i already have.
thanks :)
Yes it will delete the songs you already have. If you just use their computer to charge your iPod, without syncing the two, then it won't. But the iTunes override the iPod, and whatever is on the iTunes will be on the iPod, so it will delete what is already there to replace it with what is on the iTunes you're plugged into.
Sorry.

is there a website i could get for free?
Yes and no. Yes, because I'm sure someone has illegally uploaded it onto the internet. No, because if you do find it, it's illegal and I don't recommend that you download it or you could see the police knocking at your door very soon xD.
It's not that expensive, and I'm sure if you could find a discount somewhere.

what actually counts in the voting in dance crew? call , text, or just voting on mtv.com?
i heard onyl the texting counts thats stupid i kept voting by calling and like it doesnt count anymore?
REALLLY.. WHATS the truth here....
My guess is that if they have the different options to vote, they would count all of them. But if they have only a few hours to do it, they might only select one or two of the methods, but since I'm positive it's all done by computer, that isn't what happens.
Whoever told you this either doesn't know or is trying to get you to waste money with texts =O.

Hey there!
I’m not exactly sure what your thought are on the subject, but you give good advice so I’ll ask anyways =]
I’m about to turn 16 (I’m a girl, by the way =]) and a lot of the people around me have started to get into drugs, drinking, and sex. Lots of people just go to crazy parties with their boyfriends, or do sexual things together, but I’m reallllly not into all that. So I was wondering if you had any ideas of things I can do with my guy? Fun date activities, because the only thing that we really do is see a movie and then maybe go to the mall, but there’s only so many movies you can see and only so many times you can go to the mall until it gets somewhat boring =]. I just want to stay away from the kinds of things I talked about earlier (sorry if I sound like such a prude...but it’s my opinion =]) and to prove that you can have fun without those things!!
Thanks!
-M
First of all, YOU ARE AMAZING.
Thank you so much for showing me that there still ARE people out there who aren't just looking for sex all the time with their two-month boyfriend/girlfriend. It's incredibly refreshing to hear that you're not in to that stuff, because neither am I ;]. I guess you came to the right guy? =]
Hmm. You guys could go out to eat a few times [that gets easier when one of you can drive and when you two have jobs to pay for it].
You guys could go to the library, pick up a few books, and then either stay there and read or go to a coffee shop and get something to drink and read together. My sister and her boyfriend do that all the time =].
You could, to watch movies, just rent one, and, if you're comfortable with doing so, cuddle on the couch or something that isn't sexual but is just slightly romantic.
Since it's still summer, you could maybe make a picnic basket and take him out to a nearby park and just hang out and eat a bit.
When fall comes around, you could go to a park and play in the leaves or something. I know how childish that may sound, but sometimes it's a good thing to be a kid again ;].
In the winter, you could have a two-person snow fight and you could make a snowman or make snow angels and whatnot. Like I said, being a kid again once in awhile is alright =].
At this moment I can't think of anything else.
But thank you for inboxing me ;]
**EDIT**
No- I think a Star Wars marathon is perfect. Good choice ;]

I'm about to go into my sophomore year in highschool (in 2 days) and I'm 15 years old. I haven't ever had a girlfriend in my life. People call me pathetic and I get made fun of and taunted because of it. I used to be picked on a lot and such by people. I recently got into Martial Arts classes and I'm joining a JROTC program (an army reserve program) to help out with my leadership abilities some. There's this girl names Rachael who's one of my best friends. She's also in JROTC and is similar to me in almost every way. The reason I haven't been with anyone is because I haven't found anyone willing to hold a relationship nor have I found someone into everything I am....I've never felt this way about anyone, and I think I love her. We've been friends since Freshman year and I really like her....but I don't have any clue as to what to do about it. I'm not shy or anything, but I just don't want my heart broken.
Advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Brandon
Brandon, my advice to you is to stay out of dating for as long as you can.
I know you said people make fun of you for not, but who gives a darn what they think? I've been through a similar situation as you, except I was picked on because I started liking girls before everyone else, and we could kind of be "boyfriend and girlfriend", or at least as much of that as we could have been in 2nd grade xD.
My point is, no matter what you do in life, it seems that there's always someone or a group of someones that will taunt you and make you feel like you're a horrible person. Though sometimes they may be right, they usually aren't.
Personally, I find it refreshing that you've waited until you found someone actually WORTH dating and someone who could actually have a relationship for a little more than the usual one-month. Bravo to you.
What I'm saying is, I feel like like maybe you've started liking this girl because of what people have put you through. But of course I don't know you and so I can't really say for sure.
If these feelings you have for her have NOTHING to do with the taunting, then I think you should try it out with her.
If these feelings you have for her have even the TINIEST bit to do with the taunting, well then maybe you should hold it off.
I would hope it were the first option. If that is the case, here's how to tell if she may possibly like you:

I'm going book shopping for a trip I am going on in about a half an hour.
Any suggestions?
Books?
Authors?
Thanks!
Hmm well I hope you knew that this wouldn't be approved within a half hour of posting it. For that, I'm sorry, but the mods are doing their best ;]
But if it still counts for anything, here's some of my favorite books/series/authors:
1. Harry Potter series
2. Twilight series, including Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and maybe Breaking Dawn, too, but I have yet to finish it.
3. The City of Ember and The People of Sparks. There are two other books in this series, but I haven't read them so I can't suggest them.
4. The Host by Stephenie Meyer, I heard, is pretty good. I have yet to read it ;].

It's LiLMAMAx.
Haha, I just wanted to comment and say that I'm jealous that you live in Austrailia. I ALWAYS wanted to live there =[
Is it as nice as I'm hoping it is? Because I am seriously considering moving there next summer.
As much as I would love to say that I live down under, I do not.
I only know of one person who lives in Australia on here, and that's Kerry:

if someone asks you to tell them about yourself, how do you go about doing that, because i'm terrible at having conversations
i dont have many hobbies so what would i talk about other than things like how many siblings i have..
thanks so much for any advice
If someone asked me to tell them about myself, this is what I'd say, so maybe you can get a few ideas:
My name is Jack.
I am 16 years old.
I am from the U.S.
I like to read books like the Harry Potter series, and the Twilight series.
I am writing a book about a 17-year old guy from England, but that's all I'll say ;].
I like spending time with my family and we play board games and card games as much as we can.
I've recently started getting interested in ping pong.
I speak some Spanish and I want to learn French some day.
I am going into my junior year of high school.
I am taking AP Calc, Classical Lit, Spanish 4, and Physics, among other classes.
I spend a lot more time than I should on the internet, and specifically on Advicenators, Facebook and Myspace.
I have two siblings.
I plan on becoming a doctor of some sort, but specifically I would like to be a heart surgeon.
I am actively involved in my school's drama program, and I do the fall plays and the spring musicals with a smile on my face.
I'm going to New York next weekend to see Phantom of the Opera and Wicked on Broadway.
Just take the specific details about myself and replace them with your own ;]
Here's some conversation-starting tips:

Hi, it's the summer time and two years ago I wrote a guy a letter telling him how I feel and he responded three months later over that very summer. We talked it seemed because his friend suggested it, and his friend said he was interested, he may have been lying. We talked for a week and maybe two days. Afterwards, never again. I got back to school and I couldn't even look him in the eye. He and I both would avoid eye contact and never spoke over 10 words to one another. Now he has a girlfriend. I want him to be happy. I spent most of my summer not thinking of him, but afraid when the time came for me to return to school that the feelings would return. I saw him 4 days ago and I felt a jolt when our eyes met for a heartbeat. I'm afraid and I feel pathetic, which I am kind of. I don't want to like him. I want to be over him. But how do I handle these residual feelings that keep returning?
Well obviously stealing him from his girlfriend wouldn't be your idea of fun ;]
Here's some ideas on how to just plain get over him:

im 15 and i really need to make some money..i can't babysit because no one around here has kids..but ne other suggestions are very much appreciated=]
You don't need to get a job at a big chain. In fact, most of them don't hire until you're at least 16.
Walk dogs of friends. [The more dogs at once the more money you get! ;)]
Mow lawns in the summer.
Rake leaves in the fall.
Shovel snow in the winter.
All jobs people hate. =]
Get homemade fliers and put them around the neighborhood.
For old people give them the fliers. They are old and can't go far =].
