hi im 21 and i used to have a lot of hair but i kind of lost it with all the gel and straightning ive been doing to it.i even had the chinese hair staightning done to my hair and i think that has caused it to stop growing. i had curling hair before and now is straigh and verry puffy and rough. please help me. my hair is a disaster. i want it to grow again and make it fuller and curly if possible and make it stop breaking. if i go at this paste i will be bald by 30 because new hair isnt gdrowing... help help help please!!!! i wear extentions but i dont want to wear them anymore

Take flaxseed oil. It's a pill you can get it pretty much anywhere. Take 2 every day and your hair will grow. I do it and I have definitely noticed a difference.

Well girls really like getting compliments, so if you like something about her tell her that! I'm sure she will be flattered. I'm 14 1/2 years old 5'7''. My dad is only 5'4'' and my mom is 5'5'', but every guy on her side is at least 6ft. There are plenty who are 6'2''+, including a couple 6'7''. Even a couple of women on her side are 5'11'' or 6ft.

I have a 1st gen iPad with a bunch of apps and the Twitter app is one of them. Just a little while ago I opened up my Twitter app to check it and it has been 2 days since I last used the app so all the tweets on my Timeline were 2 days old. So I scrolled so refresh the page and when I did that, the loading sign came on the area that says something like "Release to refresh" and it says loading. It won't stop go away now, it's just stuck like that and when I try going to connect/discover/me nothing else on those pages load either.

I can leave the app but when I come back it's STILL loading and won't stop. Even after a few hours of not using my iPad my Twitter app is still frozen/won't load and I can use my other apps just fine. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

The best advice I can give you, that I wish I would have been given a your age, is do not hook up with him. Ask yourself these questions, Do you Love him? Do you want to spend the rest of your life with him? Do you want a baby with him? Would he be a good dad? If any of these is a no than don't waste your virginity on someone your not even sure about. You guys can continue being friends without being sexual. And frankly if he is putting you i this position he isn't a good friend in the first place because you guys are way too young to even be thinking about this.

Hey girl, I have been in your shoes and I know how hard it is to give him up but my very best advice is to honestly just try your best to forget him! If he still can't see how amazing you are than he doesn't deserve you! Don't keep running back to him it will just make him feel like he has all the power and make you feel powerless when he rejects you. he won't change his mind if he hasn't thus far so you need to forget him! I am on birth control (YAZ), and I have just started the white pills two days ago. Whenever I start the white pills, I get my period. During my period, I'm absolutely miserable. If you can you should take a heating pad, it will help with the cramping. If you want you can take one of those heating pad things that you just stick in like a microwave and put it on your back or wherever you need it. Also keeping active helps alot, even though it might seem like you dont want to move around but it helps. And if you drink water it makes it seem like you are clean and it will make you feel better, it always makes me feel better. Super tampons are just like normal ones but bigger, obviosly. You will be comfortable in them just act like it's a regular, but you dont have to change it as much since its bigger. Remember lots of ibeprofen! i agree with the other person, but if you really don't want to talk about it, tell them that you don't want to talk about it.
