welll, if you wanna be more flexable, Yoga is the way to go and it is very relaxing. On the other hand, Pilates targets the core muscles (like abs thies and glutes) so if your looking to loose weight us Palates. okay,here is the scenario
i met this gal on the net,so what happens is that it is a chatroom,right,and we chat and soon find that we share the same interest and all that.we did not have cyber sex and it was just pure talk,later she sent me her photo and her msn.we soon had a great chat,but she has never seen me before.she then confessed her feelings to me on one night so here's my question:

From the sounds of it, this very well could be love. It is possible to love someone based on their personality. It is actually better to be in love only based on how someone acts, rather then loving someone before you talk to them, which wuld only be based on looks. whe you poke someone, its kinda like saying hey but only they can see it. it gets their attention and they can poke you back and it is only to say hi but noone else excapt for the person you poke can see it.
