ok well i was thinking of getting my belly button pierced and i talked to my boyfriend about it and he said that it would be cute and he said that its sexy when girls get it done but he's worried it will hurt me alot....well what i want to know is, is the pain worth it? and is it really sexy?
I think belly button piercings are real cute. I got mine done and it did hurt but its worth it. The pain was bearable but it hurt. I like it though and ive got complements about it. If you really want it make sure that you can take care of it and that if your in sports it won't get riped out or anything. Hope this helped
My cheer team is all working on their back handsprings with our tumbling coaches. Anyways, I'm on JV and to make varsity next year you have to have your back tuck. Tryouts are in february. We have tumbling every monday so it helps that its once every week. But I am worried that since I can't get my back handspring without a spot, that there is no way I will get my back tuck down in like 3 or 4 months. First of all, is that like even possible to get both down without a spot in that short of time? Also, any good tips to help with my bhs? I seem to always bend my legs when I get to the handstand position, and I never jump high enough. Thanks so much!
Sure you can get a flipflop and a tuck in 3-4 months. Just, get a flipflop first. Trust me, not having a flipflop and a solid one (running round off flipflop too) and you try tucks it just is weird. I dont know if weirds how to put it, but I think its best to get flipflops then tucks. Its good that you take tumbling. Work on flipflops first and get them as best as you can then do tucks. On your flipflop, just try! Theres really no way to do it easier to make your arms not bend you just have to learn to keep them straight. Practice practice practice. Do them at home or do handstands and push off (like the 2nd half of your flipflop) to practice straigh arms. Ps- you shouldnt be trying to get hieght on your flipflops.. you go back, not up. I.m me if you need more help on tumbling or cheerleading! Hope this helped

Calf raises work your calfs and you can feel it in the back of your thys. Try wall sits, I do some durning like comericals so its not taking time out of my day or anything.

Do you have to be in a cheerleading organization in order to compete in compititions, and how do you sign up for compititions??

If you had a team and you want to compete at state competitions.. like im from illinois and we have IHSA (il. highschool assos.) and most sports at the school do that, so I'm sure if you want to compete in something like that you need to be a school team of course. There are all-star competitions but you might need to be like registered as an all-star team. Hope this helps sorta? Haha, talk to someone who runs a competition or an organization for more info

Is water suppose to make you bloat because people say to drink 8 bottles of water a day and I get really bloated when I drink water until i go to the bathroom, but my blatter is really strong, so i go maybe twice a day at the most, so if I drink a lot of water I get really bloated. Is that suppose to happen or is it just my type of wateR? I dont think it happened when I drank Dannon, but now I drink Dasani because we couldn't find Dannon anymore.
When I'm real thirsty I drink like a whole bottle but then I feel so like stuffed kinda. Haha just like having that much water in my stomach makes me feel bloated. But just try going to the bathroom even if you don't have to, you might end up going anyways and you might feel better. If you don't want to be bloated, try drinking less amounts but more. Like, dont chug water and just sip it instead. I dont think the type of water matters really? I thought it was all the same hah. Hope this helpe

They work really well. I used them and I got a bunch of people that came up to me or said my teethed looked whiter. I think they are amazing. Hope this helped

Look what she eats to get an idea of a good, healthy life style. Don't think of it as a diet, just as being a healthier person. Eating healthy is a big factor in loosing weight, just don't obsess over it.. please don't get caught up in that. Also, try running. It can tone down your legs and butt, espically up hill. Even walking or bike riding, those are definately my favorite (bike riding is so fun and easy and you can do it forever and burn calories). Do wall sits while you brush your teeth, crunches while you watch tv, squats while waiting for food to get out of the microwave.. those are things to do when you've already got alot of stuff going on in your day.
Just try eating healthier. You don't need to be a nutrionist to make the choice between a banana or a bag of chips. Try to get rid of junk and fast food and pop first. Thats alreayd a big step. Then, move on to healthier stuff. Come back if you need any help =)
So i really want to whiten my teeth, and i was thinking of getting those crest white strips things.. what ones do would you guys reccomend? I heard the dissovling ones were really nasty but i'm not sure.. and do you know where i could get them inexpensive? I used crest white strips classic. Like the 2 times a day for 30 minutes, for 2 weeks. They worked really great, I used them in March/April maybe? and my teeth are still nice. Yeah its annoying when you have to wear them because they slip but they're worth it. If your teeth are sensitive they might hurt a little at first but you should be fine. There not that expensive anymore I don't think. Hope this helped

i wanna get my ears and my belly done but i want my belly first because im willing to wait to get my ears.

Im a cheerleader and I cheer for both seasons so it was difficult to find a good time to get it done. (Sorry I don't know anyone to get it done by your locaction im an illinioisian). I had mine done right after the tryouts because we got a week off (8th grade year ending so we had time for dances, grad ceremonies, etc). It was a good time because it only took about a week for me to be able to do stuff again comfortablly. Even when I did have it done I still taped it for the first few practices incase i'd get riped out durning stunting. It wasn't that bad basing, like I though't i'd be definately hurting but it didnt. But sometimes I fly so it would hurt at times durning that (it still does at times). Also, make sure to do like bridges so you get used to stretching your stomach because it hurts at first when you do that too.
If you want it bad enough you'll just get it. Theres really no numbing, atleast not when I got mine done (or anyone else I know who got theres). Im not going to lie, it hurt. But it was bearable and it came out good so Im happy. Its just something you push threw but Im sure you can stand it.. I mean you are a cheerleading which means you can do about anything ;). Just look for the basic veggies (or fruits) because anything with your vegtables is great. Grilled chicken is good too. If you want rice try to have it be whole grain, not white. Go for lean meats. Turkey and chicken are good, and sea food too. You can probably get anything you want but just make it good sized. If its too big, eat half and save the rest for another day. It's not bad to eat out once and a while, just not every day. Hope this helped

Try wearing like t shirts and loose things for a bit. SLeep on your back or side. If your doing sports or sometthing try taping it if you need to. But let it breathe every now and then. Hope this helped, good luck =]

It really is your decision. Its fine to just trim it up. You shouldn't have to shave it all off or make cute designs hah.. your not a porn star or anything. Guys all have different taste. I think most guys perfer it to be controlled.. no one likes a jungle ya know. Some guys might like it all gone? Some might think that gives off a creepy "pre-puberty" feeling. Haha, do whatever is best and most comfortable for you.

hey i have been comming to your site a lot. i think your really cool. but anyways. so me and my boyfried are pretty serious. the next step we would have would be sex. im kind of scared to and all. its like i think to myself it will be fine just go for it. but then once i have the chance or w/e im just like nervous and dont want to. i know thats a natural thing.. to be nervous. but how can i help myself from not being like that.. if you can help that would be great. but if not, i understand. thanks a lot =)
haha, thanks. Well, have you thought for sure if you want it? Sometimes, that nervousness is the feeling in your gut. And they say, that you should go with your gut instinct. If you haven't thought about it yet, you should. Cause you might just think it's nerves, but it can actually be you telling yourself, "im not ready" or something like that. But, if you have thought it over and know that your ready, you've got to just go with it when your comfortable. It might be easier to not plan it out like, don't invite him over or something and plan it like, "were going to do it .. now". Just let things naturally flow. Ya know? You can't really help being nervous. Just think to yourself, "its my boyfriend, were ready for this, i know it, he knows it, just relax.". Try thinking about how awesome it might be, instead of how scary you think it'll be. Hope this helped! Stop by again anytime =)
