What are the best exercises for your thighs? besides walking or runnning

Calf raises work your calfs and you can feel it in the back of your thys. Try wall sits, I do some durning like comericals so its not taking time out of my day or anything.

In my case hips/thighs/bum you can tone up faster. First I would commit to exercise daily. Just dont exercise a lot. Some good ones are wall sits and squats.....with freeweights. But walking helps a lot.
