belly button ring

okay so i just got my belly button peirced,but it gets caught on everything!
how do i avoid it from ripping out while having a breathable space for healing

if you just got it done, don't do what the first person said when relaxing take it out. Wait atleast 4 months for that. Ive had mine for 3 years and i understand your pain. aha lol just put a band aid on it and it really works :D hope i helped.

Try wearing like t shirts and loose things for a bit. SLeep on your back or side. If your doing sports or sometthing try taping it if you need to. But let it breathe every now and then. Hope this helped, good luck =]

don't try rubbing against things. were looser shirts. mineALWAYS hit my desk at school, and it hurt. or try putting a band-aid over it while your out or moving a lot. then just take it off while your more relaxed. :]
