Yeah I agree with the person below me.
Don't do that. It's unhealthy.

But, what I do which works is hang up a bathing suit you would like to fit into when you're done on your wall somewhere you'd see it everyday. It helps when you're trying to get down to a certain size. Lets you know you have a little way to go, but you'll be able to wear it soon.

Hope you have good luck:]
I know trying to lose weight is HARD HARD HARD.
lol

You're fat as hell and are unattractive. Those rolls are unimpressive.

Did that motivate you?
Just write that down, put it on your mirror in the morning. I promise you'll be motivated after that.

set a goal for yourself...a smaller clothing size...dessert once a week if you lose weight...a great bikini ready body...something that will really make you want to try hard...dont wait as long as i did...I didn't have any motivation until I was diagnosed with diabetes...that was a jump starter for me to start losing weight...don't wait until it gets there...but while your exercising just keep saying to yourself that with just a few more pounds gone you can wear that size or eat that dessert you've been craving...but make sure it always stays in the back of your mind while dieting and exercising.

i just answered a question like this 1 mintue ago ..and to say the truth if u really wanted to loose weight u would of stayed motivated ...but here are some tips.....you probably eat alot right so there goes your motivation and all...so spend all your time outside..haning out with your friends if your friends are like mine youll loose weight fast..beacuse remmeber your running around outside and your mind if off food ...and when you get hungary ask your mom to pick you up a salad or something low in calories .....and if you cant contact her..you can always run outside ..to loose weight..and when you get home after the whole day and you feel hungary agian ask yoour mom to whip you up something healthy such as chicken ..not fried just plain whtite meat...vgeatables..suop low calories..and drink water none of that snapple or soda crap..so hope i helped !! =D
