Is water suppose to make you bloat because people say to drink 8 bottles of water a day and I get really bloated when I drink water until i go to the bathroom, but my blatter is really strong, so i go maybe twice a day at the most, so if I drink a lot of water I get really bloated. Is that suppose to happen or is it just my type of wateR? I dont think it happened when I drank Dannon, but now I drink Dasani because we couldn't find Dannon anymore.

Your body needs 8 glasses of water a day, but there is water in all the food and other drinks that you consume too! You should only need to drink about 1 or 2 glasses of actual water a day. The other 6 or 7 are covered by everything else that you eat or drink, unless you're just eating dehydrated astronaut food. It can actually be dangerous to drink a lot of water. I wouldn't really worry about how many glasses you're drinking at all. Just drink something when you're thirsty! Your body will let you know when it needs water. :) [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]

You should probably be going to the bathroom more than two times a day. (I've heard atleast once every four to six hours.) Go to the bathroom more frequently and you should be fine.
