We havent gone out for very long but all of a sudden hes all lovey dovey on me. it feels like yesterday he was my friend but now hes kissing me all of a sudden. He likes to be affectionate but I don't quite feel comfortable just yet. What do I do??

Just be honest with him. Two of the most important factors in a relationship are trust and communication. Just tell him you're not yet comfortable being "lovey dovey" with him, and it's not his fault, you just don't quite feel ready yet. And maybe give him ideas of what you ARE and AREN'T comfortable with?

I know it's a weird question. But I have a summer assignment that asked me that. But my family hasn't really impact my life. I need some ideas. How have your guys' family impacted your lives?

There is no way your family hasn't impacted your life.

First of all, your parents RAISED you and helped make you the person you are today. A lot of the things you do, say, believe, and think come from your parents in some way.

Personally? I've been impacted most by my younger brothers. They make me want to set a good example for them, and without them, I know I'd be a completely different person than who I am today.

everybody thinks im a techers pet even though i asked to help my teacher everyday and i get awards everyday and i listen in every lesson in school doenst make me a teachers pet does it?

No, it makes you smart. I'm like you sometimes, with listening to all the lessons and wanting to do good in school, and sure, sometimes I get teased, but who cares?

ok well i have these 2 guy friends that ive been hanging out with.. one is a year younger than me and hes cute and the other one is in my grade and hes really nice and such a good guy.. ok well ive been trying to hang out with the guy thats a year younger than me but his parents are really strict and they wont let him go a lot of places so we never get to hang out .. but the other guy in my grade i think likes me because he asked me to visit him at work and stuff and hang out so basically im stuck between 2 guys .. should i just hang out with both of them and then see which one i like better?

Anyways...
I think you should hang out with both of them, and give them each an equal chance. You never know until you try, I guess? Just get to know them, and spend time with them. Eventually, you'll figure out which one you have stronger feelings for.

If you want to wear skinny jeans, wear skinny jeans. The thing you have to look for, however, are pairs that flatter your figure. Don't buy super skinny, skin tight ones a size too small. Buy them so that they don't look too tight, but flattering. Get what I mean?

As far as stores go, I'd try Steve & Barry's, they have a big selection.

Well, for starters: My iPod is the U2 edition, and it's about 2 years old (so the warranty is expired).
My problem is the bad battery life. I really think I have a bad battery, but when I went to the Apple store, they told me I'd need to have it serviced, but that they don't do that. Well, my question is, where can I have it serviced?

Okay, well i have been doing alot of reasearch. And lately, i know that i need a therapist. I know i have a problem. A mental problem. But the problem is...I am only 13 in a half years old! What therapist is gonna wanna help a teen who porbably thinks its just "Boy Troubles" or something?! And i cant tell my family. They wont take me...becuase they dont have enough money..and because they dont know how i feel. i normally hide my emotions. They think im fine. And i need help a.s.a.p or im afriad things might get worse!

That is not true. If you feel you truly have a problem, a licensed therapist WILL take you seriously.

If your parents won't help you, go to an aunt, uncles, parents of a best friend, or another adult you trust. Let them know that you need help, but your parents don't believe you.

If you still cannot go to a therapist, try starting a journal. It really helps, and it's private, so you don't have to hide your feelings anymore.

My 7 month old son was born healthy an on time, but as his tear ducts started to form (I think around 3 weeks) on one of his eyes the duct opened up on the outside. So now he has a little tiny hole in the corner of his eye. What I am wondering is if ther are any other mom's out there that have had this type of thing happen and if so, what needed to be done to fix it. He is continuously having tears and sleep yucky stuff coming out it. Please let me know any advise.

I have so much going on, and this is making everything worse. About a year and a half ago, i started going out with this guy Alex. I liked him ALOT, he was my first kiss! So obviously, you keep thinking about that moment that you first kissed someone, also he was my first true boyfriend. I was about fourteen, or about thirteen. at that time. I am almost sixteen now. I constantly think about Alex. We broke up because at my young age, i didn't know much about relationships then. Making it the fact that he was my first true boyfriend. We would talk on the phone EVERY night for HOURS. When i say hours, i mean HOURS. about 4 or 5 hours. then i would have to wake up for school about 3 hours after we hung up. i didn't care, i loved him. I was texting him about 7 months ago, He said he missed me so much and that he thinks his current girlfriend is a bitch [sorry for the bad language!]. And that he also thought about me constantly, and kinda wanted to dump his girlfriend for me. I was so happy that i was in tears. After that, i got a boyfriend about a week or so later. He got really mad because he hated the guys. I dated that boy for about six months. Then we broke up because he cheated on me, but thats a different story. I texted alex about.. a few days ago, he is still with his girlfriend, having family problems, etc. Now that he knows my number, he texts me all the time. But his girlfriend effing hates me. She wants me to die. So he has to go behind her back and talk to me. I told him how i really felt, that i was in love with him, and that i thought about him all the time. And that i wanted him back, and that i was really sorry for not being the best girlfriend. but since he has a girlfriend he couldn't really say anything to that. He just said "sam would fucking kill me if she saw that i was talking to you, i don't want to risk it". But i said dont even put me in your contacts, your under meghan in my phone, no one will find anything out. I offered for alex to come over because i haven't seen him in about 2 years now. He was scared i was gunna try something, but i promised him i wouldn't. But i wouldn't do that to him, i know how cheating feels! He can drive, hes turning 17 in may. I'm turning 16 in December. I really love this boy, so much. I think about him all the time, I cry for him, I listen to "lips of an angel" [that was our song] every night. I look at his myspace constantly [his girlfriend blocked me on facebook] Last night, he brought up our past relationship, saying why couldn't i ever hang out or why didn't we ever do anything? i said because i was young, i didnt understand a relationship. Then he asked me if i had sex, i said no im still a virgin im waiting for the right person. And then he said he had sex with his girlfriend. But the thing is, his girlfriend is ruining him, she smokes, she got him into smoking, and drinking and driving. I really want them to end their relationship. I really want him back, but i dont know what to do! Im really in love with him, dont say that i have many more years to live to find love. I found it already, i think of him ALL the time and cry, i have him written in my closet. i cry when i see it. 1/3/07 is when we started going out... i dont know what to do, someone PLEASE help me!!!!!!

Oh my gosh, I know exactly how you feel. I have been through this exact situation. The missing of the ex boyfriend/first kiss, and his new girlfriend hatemailing me on Myspace. Huh, wow, anyways...

I think you should move on. It's unhealthy to stay so attached to somebody, and you only end up hurting yourself more. Trust me, I know. I don't mean to sound harsh, but if HE wanted YOU back, he wouldn't be with his NEW girlfriend. And when it comes to drinking and whatnot, those are his choices [or in my opinion, mistakes]. Just let him be, and don't be a burden.

You DO have your whole life ahead of you to find love. You're young, and if I can get over it, you can too. Find other things to do. Go shopping, see a movie with friends, get a manicure, clean your room [and closet], something, anything to make you feel better. Sure, it's going to take time, but all forms of healing does.

So I met this guy online that I really like and I've known him for about a year. We just started talking on the phone a couple days ago at around midnight for like 2 hours and just yesterday we IMed each other for like the entire day and talked about nothing. :P

Problem is, we live about 600 miles away from each other so we can't see each other.

Anywho...
My personal opinion on the subject isn't much different. Just because you met a friend on the Internet doesn't make it different from any other friendship. I mean, obviously, you can't just call him up and ask to go see a movie, but you can still have a healthy relationship.

If you want to know if he likes you, just ASK him about it. You'll feel so much better if you do. We can't tell you what HE'S feeling, he's the only one who knows. My only suggestion is to talk to him about it.

im thinking about getting a lip piercing.
can you get snake bites on just one side?
and if you got it, could i ever replace the little hoop thing with just a stud?
and on a scale of 1-10...how bad does it hurt?
i dont know much about piercings..

they numb it right?

The point of snakebites is to have one on each side. If you only got one, it would just be a regular piercing. But, if you do get both, you can always take one side out if you don't like it or something.

Yes, you can replace it with a stud, I think most people wear studs anyways. In my opinion, they just looks better anyways.

I don't know about the pain, because I myself don't have the piercing(s).

I thoought period comes after every 21 days but then my mom told me it is supposed to be 28 days. My cycle comes every 21 days. Is that a problem or nothing serious?

im only 15 years old but for the past couple monthes ive had TERRIBLE NECK pains..all through out the day and night..even if i lay down it still hurts..no matter what i do..I'll wake up in the middle of the night with really bad aches and pains..Im only 15? i don't think i should be getting that lol

We are not doctors here and cannot properly diagnose you. Your best bet is to go to a doctor.
