everybody thinks im a techers pet even though i asked to help my teacher everyday and i get awards everyday and i listen in every lesson in school doenst make me a teachers pet does it?
Melody answered Sunday August 10 2008, 4:57 pm: If it's to the point that you are a brown noser & a tattletale, then you are a teacher's pet. And no one likes a teacher's pet.
But there is absolutely nothing wrong with being a good student or getting awards. If someone picks on you about it, tell them to shove it. =] [ Melody's advice column | Ask Melody A Question ]
LOL_x0x answered Sunday August 10 2008, 1:02 pm: No, it makes you smart. I'm like you sometimes, with listening to all the lessons and wanting to do good in school, and sure, sometimes I get teased, but who cares?
Would you rather be a loser who fails every class? I think not! ;]
jealousyxo answered Sunday August 10 2008, 11:13 am: first off, congrats on all the awards you got :)
People called me that too. That dosent make you a "teachers pet" that you do those things,i mean arent you SUPPOSED to listen to the teacher anyway in school? actually LEARN something? lol Whocares what they think! honestly, their just jealous. So in school keep your head up high, and if someone says something tell'em "sorry i actually pay attention in school, you should try it sometime" lol
demonicpixie answered Sunday August 10 2008, 11:08 am: Honestly, it does make you a bit of a teacher's pet. But, there's nothing wrong with that. It just shows your willingness to learn and educate yourself. Don't be ashamed by it, embrace it. And pretty soon, the people who tease you about it will back off.
