iPod issues.

Question Posted Thursday August 7 2008, 12:18 am

Well, for starters: My iPod is the U2 edition, and it's about 2 years old (so the warranty is expired).
My problem is the bad battery life. I really think I have a bad battery, but when I went to the Apple store, they told me I'd need to have it serviced, but that they don't do that. Well, my question is, where can I have it serviced?
Thanks so much!

You have to send it in through the mail. I'm not sure where exactly you send it, but I'm sure you can find a lot of information on the Apple site:

Otherwise, if it isn't under warranty there isn't anything you can do. Except just to get a new one. :/
