this question is for both boys and girls.Let;s say you really like someone, and she/he is single.Would you still go out with them even though they have had two or three girl/boy friends in the past?or do people prefer girls/guys that haven't been attached before?
For instance, I prefer girls who haven't had a boyfriend before to girls who have.

Well I mean ususally they don`t care if you were attached to someone before unless you did "stuff" with them , like for guys girls usually don`t care if they were with someone and did stuff with them because their guys , but for girls guys would usually care if the girl did stuff with a guy if they are looking for a seriouse relationship , but if they just want to do stuff with the girl then they`ll go with the girl that did stuff with other guys in the past , but it really matters at what age you are and how many boyfriends you have had , because if the girl is like 16 or 15 and she only had 3 boyfriends than that`s okay , as long as she didn`t do stuff , but if the girl is like 10-11 and had 3 boyfriends , then that`s not so good. I'll start by describing myself as I have been described by people:
I write amazing songs on guitar. I'm the best actor in my high school's theater company. According to many I'm the smartest kid they know. According to a similar number I'm extremely attractive. They claim that I'm also one of the nicest, easiest-going and can hold stupid and intellectual conversations with anyone equally well.

Okay. I'm not an egotistical selfless son of a bitch. These are things people have said to me. Here's something that bothers me: I have never had a girlfriend. I've never even been on a real date. Ever. I came close a few times, but then one girl decided to tell me yes when she really meant she didn't like me that way, and then another got as far as telling me what to tell her dad when I came to pick her up, but then changes her mind an hour later, because. No real specific reason, end of two or three weeks of getting to know eachother and whatever.

I keep trying. I generally don't like to approach girls like that unless I make eye contact and float a smile across once or twice and have one returned. Everyone else says that works, and then you go talk to them. I can't even make eye contact.

So, am I just an unlikely kid who should shut up and stop bitching and moaning, or is there some insight anyone might have here? I'm inclined to believe the first one, really.

Wow , well I don`t think you`re an "unlikely kid who should shut up and stop bitching and moaning" You seem like a normal kid who`s got a big future infront of him and that`s really cool , but most girls think that`s pretty nerdy at this age , but that dosen`t mean you should stop doing any of the stuff you do. I think you should pick out a girl you like , & then write her a song on your guitar and play it for her ( yeah it`s tough to do that , but alot of girls love that , i think that`s so sweet ) & You said you`re attractive , so that`s a good thing. & just try to give the girl eye contact it`s not hard just look her in the eyes and say what you gotta say , yeah it gets kind of weird after a minute ro two , but you can do it! For a long time I had this huge crush on this guy, about 3years. And I'm almost %100 sure that he liked me back. But here's the problem, I haven't seen him for two straight years! Now he's in my gym class, looking better than ever if I might add. But... I suck in gym.. I cant run a mile, or even around the track once, and I'm afraid I might get nervous and trip or do something stupid and he'll see. So really I have two questions..
How can I get more energy asap, you know not loose breathe quickly?
And what do I do about him? I just know something will happen.. Should I keep going after him? I mean he IS girlfriendless. HELP!!!!

Awe! That`s really cute! Well if you want more energy eat a big breakfast and something healthy , or drink coffee , it actually really helps. Or go running in the morning just around your neighberhood or something , that works also , well those are some things you could do to get more energy! & I think you should start talking to him , and like try to make him laugh & all that. & he probably will like you , because I`m guessing he totally liked you before , so why not like you now? =] & Try not to be nervouse , because usually if you are nervouse you`ll mess up on doing something , just be confident , and plus you can do anything you set your mind too. im 4'11 and im 85 pounds, and everyone calls me anorexic, because i have really skinny arms and legs and a stomach. but i have a pretty fat face. its not like i have a double chin or six chins or anything, just my cheeks are kinda fat. is there anyway to make them skinnier??

There really isn`t a way to make them skinnier , like I think it`s cute when people have kinda puffy cheeks , Lol. I have like kind of puffy cheeks but I got big dimpls , when I smile. my friends are soo mean to people. like, there mean to like people in our group too! who they call their best friends. Like, ok.. we are the popular group in school, i go to a catholic school, so its small. so yeah, were the popular ones, & so like nobody likes the 2 of them. They like think there all great bc they belong to a country club, & have a big house. But, i have just as big of a house & belong to a country club, & i dont act like them at all. they get mad, if like me & my best friend, dont invite them to the mall. like they always cause drama, & basically me & my friends are sick of them.. how do we get rid of them? .. it will be our last year at our school, so we dont want them to ruin it.

You should just ignore them , like if they talk to you and stuff like say something back , but say it in a mean kind of way , and in a week or so they`ll realize that you and your friend don`t want to hang out with them anymore/be friends , trust me it`ll work , & Good Luck! ♥ :]

idk why..but for some reason i get embarressed or shy or even nervous if a guy calls or comes over to my house..and i dont wanna be anti social with guys..but im always like afraid of what my parents might think or something. or im scared to have a boyfriend because im afraid of what my parents might think? anything helps!! thanks a bunch! =)

The reason you get shy/nervouse if a guy comes over or calls you is because your not used to the fact of having a boyfriend , or just a guy likeing you , you`ll get used to it though because it`s not just something that happens & the reason your scared to have a boyfriend because of your parents oppinions is because you need to talk to your mom atleast and just ask her if she feels comftorable with you dating guys , and just tell her your old enough and you feel like your ready for a boyfriend , & you don`t want her to think bad things about you because you wouln`t do anything bad with your boyfriend. ok so theres this boy that i really like...and suposedly he likes me too...which would be a good thing...we were talking on line the other day and i asked him when we were gonna hang out we set up a date and i asked him what we were gonna do..he said first hed give me a hug,we would hang out and then he said that he would like to kiss me...(weird i know) so i said i would like that too... well thats all good..i couldnt go out with him that day because of a family problem and were planning to hang out soon..now heres the problem......my best friend, who is ok with this boy said that he has a girl friend...i dont want to believe it, and i dont want him cheating on her , but i really like him and i want to go out with him....what should i do?

Only one way to say it: I AM SUPER SHY!!! when someone i don't know comse up to me and says hi (kid or adult) if they older than me, I freeze up. If they are younger, i don't. I guess thats because I'm older......
Even older people (people in their 60's) make me shy, really shy.
Some things though, like the cashier at a resturaunt, im not shy at all. I doin't get it.

Are there any ways I can help myself be less shy around new friends/people?

Well I used to be shy too when i was younger , but I just grew out of it , I think the reason I grew out of it was because I was growing up , and you should just belive in yourself more , and be confident , but there is one way to help you become loud and not shy , just like be more socail and outgoing , try to meet new people often , and just hang around friends and talk alot , and then before you know it you`ll be one of those kids that never shuts up (like me) Lol , Good Luck! In England our summer holiday has only just started and my friends and I need ideas as to what we can do. None of us have much money and we're all bored of picnics and barbeques so we need cheap, preferably outdoor activities that we can all do together.

You can go outside and play bball ( i do that all the time , since it`s my favorite sport ) or you can play soccer , or watch a movie at home have sleepovers , you can go swimming! Well , you should talk to your friend , & don`t let that other girl steal your friend away like that , you should tell your friend that you`re feeling like you guys aren`t friends anymore and that she pays more attention to the other girl , & wants to spend more time with that other girl , I think once you talk to your friend it`ll all be back to normal , and if it`s not then just let it go , because if someone is willing to leave you for another friend , then they really aren`t your "true" friend after all! ok last night i woke up at about 3:30 because i heard a creaky noise and i flung up and went OMGSH!! i went to say you scared me to who i thought was my moms girlfriend and my dog but the person just turned around and looked at me like i was insane i stared at them as the faded into my door without opening it am i insane.. do i have some special power? this happened when i was like three.. i was in the bathroom potty training [ bear with me here ] && the door was open and all of the sudden a clown came out of the wall [ im not afraid of them ] and i screamed he looked at me and walked out the door and my uncle came running and looked at him or so i thought.. but i dont think he saw him .. whats wrong with me? am i just seeing this stuff and its not there do i have some power i dont know about im only 13 so it could get stronger

I wrote a couple of days ago about the girl all over my boyfriend. Well his brothers haven't been exactly truthful. Well his one brother we'll call Scott said that this girl we'll call Linda sits beside him in church. Scott said to this Boy called Dennis to come sit with him. Linda told Scott that he was sitting her. Dennis just sat there! Also this girl Dennis "likes" Scott said that Dennis had I love such and such on his notebook. Scott said there were 7 pages of that in the notebook. I can't exactly call Dennis hes at his friends house for a week. I have to think about it unless he calls me. So what would you do? Believe his brother that has lyed to me in the past or let it go until I talk to Dennis? HELP ME PLEASE!
