ok so one of my guy friends just broke up with my friend and it wasnt really a bad break up or anything cause it wasnt really a serious relationship but anyway i started like her ex-boyfriend so i casually asked her like, "hahha what if i went out with him what would you do?" and shes like omg i wouldnt be friends with you... (she still likes him and got really jealous when me and her ex started hanging out) so i dont want to ruin our friendship or anything but i really like him! thanks...... sorry if its long

Awe! Well I mean it`s pretty much all you`re choice , Would you rather go out with him and loose your friend , or would you rather still have her as a friend and not go out with him , it depends if you love him so much that you`re willing to loose a friend for him , If i was in your shoes I would probably choose my friend over him because you never know he could brake up with you , and then you don`t have your good old friend anymore , but thats just what I would do!
