isnt toxic shock syndrome like when you leave in a tampon to long and it causes the cleaning of your body to get messed up. & wat exactly is TSS? ill rate plz answer 13/f/MD

Yes , & Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) is a serious but uncommon bacterial infection. TSS was originally linked to the use of tampons, but it is now also known to be associated with the contraceptive sponge and diaphragm birth control methods.
