Q: can anyone give me some pointers on what are some of the foods that are good to eat to help you have more energy for working out n stuff.
o and how much should i run a day and should i do sprint exercise, or jog, or both. i'm lookin to lose some weight and become stronger. i'm already pretty atheltic

I don't know if energy bars work-I think they do and Gatorade replenishes your electrolytes or something after you lost a lot of salt when sweating.
Since you're already pretty athletic I guess you should just do both, whichever is challenging, or you can make it more challenging somehow. Don't overexert yourself though. Are you runnning everyday? Limit yourself to 30 min or so.

Do something fun, sports or dancing to get exercise in. You can also dance crazily to some random song on your iPod if you have one. Don't overexert yourself though. You can try 40 min every day of the week with warmups and cooldowns. Also, you can find some exercises online that you can do in your desk seat in school like butt squeezes or tummy squeezes.
I just squeeze/suck my stomach in and out, sort of. My muscles go up when I do.
Oh haha, if you get your friends to tell jokes you can laugh a lot and maybe that will do something. You're very welcome! :)

Q: 15/f. i like this guy, i told him i like him, but all he said was thanks for being honest. Later on i asked why he wasnt honest to me, in telling me that he didnt like me, and he said i never said that, i cant tell you an answer because i dont know how i feel yet and it takes me awhile to know about these things. what does that mean in guy terms, and btw all my friends think he likes me and hes always acting like he does, soo im confused!!!

How would you do that? There is probably software for it. Do you mean the mp3s on to a CD? If so, yes and then someone else can put that CD into their drive and they can copy the files onto their computer. You can ask someone at Best Buy or Computer USA.

It's okay, different people handle things differently so don't take it too harshly. Typing is sort of hard to understand sometimes because we can't exactly understand sarcasm and can't see facial expressions or tone of voice.

You can always have a fake background like a big picture, make it or Photoshop it in too. You can take good pictures anywhere with a good camera and lots of inspiration/props!

Do your parents live far away from each other and how old are your sisters?
Is it that important to spend time with both parents on the same exact day? Easter can be postponed unless there is a big celebration your dad/mom is taking you to and can't be moved?
