all confused
15/f. i like this guy, i told him i like him, but all he said was thanks for being honest. Later on i asked why he wasnt honest to me, in telling me that he didnt like me, and he said i never said that, i cant tell you an answer because i dont know how i feel yet and it takes me awhile to know about these things. what does that mean in guy terms, and btw all my friends think he likes me and hes always acting like he does, soo im confused!!!

Some guys are (sadly) like this and sometimes they just don't make their minds up. For whatever reason, some guys are extremely indecisive when it comes to girls they like. Partially possibly because they have certain other things going on or possibly because they are worried about what might happen if you got together.
When I told my now boyfriend how I felt about him, he said basically the same thing to me for two days before he finally told me he liked me!
It sounds as though he probably does like you but he's not sure if he is ready to date someone right now perhaps. Give it a week or two and if he still hasn't made his mind up, don't hang around and wait for him. Life is too short to wait for people who can't make up their mind. If he really liked you enough, he would say yes before two weeks went by.

He can like you, but he can also try to tell you that he doesn't like you.You say that he acts like he likes you then he likes you...If he stares, if he talks to you first, if he smiles at you then he probably likes you...What you should do now is to give him TIME...
Now, if i were you i would start ignoring him a little bit.I would make him believe that i don't like him as much as before.If you will do this and he starts being better and sweet etc then he likes you.If not, then he doesn't like you..

There are several answers to this
1. He really needs the extra time to figure it out
2. He likes you but is afraid to commit
3. He doesn't like you but will still like to have you around and he does not know how to break it to you.
4. It could be a way for him in saying no.
For whatever the reasons may be, it is only fair to give him some time to think it over. Even if he is nice to you and all, you shouldn't fall any deeper than you already have. As long as he does not say anything, he has no obligation towards you.
Be patient and I hope things work out between the both of you.

He's probably just trying to figure out if he for sure likes you. I mean would u rather have him go out with you right away and then dumping you a few days later because he realizes he doesn't like you? He probably does like you, but he needs to make sure of that before he gets into a relationship with you. Or he's the shy type who isn't into rushing into relationships. It means exactly what he said it means, he needs some time. So instead of trying to translate it into something that its not, just respect that and give him some time.
