So this weekend I have a hockey tournament and Im playing 6 games in 2 days. But thats not the problem. It takes 1 hour to play a hockey game and I will be playing 2 games with only 10 minutes of down time. Yeah, and its tiring to play! I'm going to do this 3 times--- 2 games on friday, 4 on sunday with 10-20 minutes of downtime between each pair. OK. thats not making sence. But all I know is that my coach told me to get energy drinks. Which are really good ones that work pretty fast, like within 1 hour or so? I'll RATE!

Hey, I really want to get my ears double pierced but I'm really scared it'll hurt and I'll cry lol. I was about 7ish when I got them pierced for the first time and I cired. And my friend says it doesn't hurt, pintching your ear hurts more then piercing it. So basically does it hurt??

no it does not hurt i repierce my ears all the time a pinch to the ear may hurt more if you have sensitive ears but it should not hurt GOODLUCK !!!

Masturbation has no physical effects on you, except if you do it too much, your genitals may hurt a little bit, meaning that you would have to stop for a while. It's nothing harmful.

Clinique, and Loreal, also Noxema is good. It removes makeup and helps with your pimples. It gets rid of mascara too, just be careful so it doesn't go in your eye.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled Tuesday and its Saturday now, and i'm still kind of swollen and the inside of my mouth is VERY swollen. how long will it take for this to go away permanently?? (link)

It really depends on the person. I'm 13/f, and for my braces, and had to have 5 permanent teeth extracted. It took one day for the swelling to go down, but like I said, every person is different. Maybe your root is infected, meaning food got in. This happened to one girl at the orthodontics. Try rinsing your mouth with salt water. If the swelling doesn't go down, I suggest going to see your dentist.

You know, I know someone who has this exact same problem. Not me, I weigh 78 pounds, I'm taking about my math teacher. We're close with eachother, and she's on a diet. She's figured out a diet that allows your stomach to shrink with you. She exercises every morning, and she eats the foods she loves. She just eats them in smaller portions. The less you eat, the smaller your stomach gets, she says. And she's friends with a health teacher, so I guess she knows what she's talking about. It takes a long times, depending on how many pounds you want to lose, but the results are terrific. My teacher looks slim, and she's been on her diet for 13 months. So exercise, and eat in smaller portions. Also, I went on to am-i-fat.com just for you, and typed in your height and weight, and it says that you are a perfect score. That is kinda hard to get.

That's just blood, nothing to worry about. Your probably spotting. I wouldn't worry if I were you. But if it continues during your peeriod, you could see a doctor to ease your mind.

For the past 2 years, I have had always had discharge coming out several times a day. It doesnt stink or anything, but its annoying to always have to wear panty liners and have my friends think its because I got my period. The thing is, I have yet to get my period, and I did some reading a few months ago (when I found out that it was discharge) and learned it usually comes out before you get your period (or while you have it). Should I see a doctor about this, or is it no big deal? Its not much of a problem for me, I just want to know if its natural or not.

You don't have to see a doctor about your discharge. I'm 13 too, and I just got mine in February. This is totally natural. This is an early congratulations in becoming a woman. The world of a woman is a scary world.

This love triangle is complicated, but I'll see what I can do. I think your guyfriend should just find someone else. if his girl never talks to him, then she's not the right one for him. This Aly girl sounds okay for your guyfriend. Maybe he should stay single for a while, and if Aly is finished with her ex, and your guyfriend has no feelings for any other girl, they could start going out. Another option is just having yoour guyfriend go out with someone else, who he loves or knows.

I have braces, and it doesn't really matter. I've tried every color, and I ask for colors that match with my most favorite outfits. It looks cool when your braces match your clothes. If you want your teeth to appear really white, use a dark color, like purple, or midnight blue. To be honest, it doesn't really matter which color you have. It looks cool in your mouth, and no one will laugh at you. In fact, at my school, people envy those who have braces especially with color because it's a style. Hope I helped!

ok so i have been on and off with my boyfriend for about 2 months. He has dumped me 4 times and ive dumped him once and it's usually over a stupid fight and a day later he relizes what he's done and ask me to take him back, and i do. Not to break your heart or get you mad, but I really don't consider him a true boyfriend. You two fight a lot, and he's talking about other girls on his myspace. You have all reason to be mad. I would definitely be mad, and I think you should move on. He doesn't respect you at all. Find some guy that deserves you. Hope I helped!

You know, you remind me of me. Back in March, I actually was suffocating myself, trying to get hypothermia, and other sick ways of killing myself. I remembered this website, advicenators, and I said I wanted to commit suicide. Now, I'm all over that. Except sometimes.
Why do yo want to commit suicide? Do you want to allow those who loved you to cry over you? The only thing that made me have doubts about killing myself was my little sister. She's doing so well in life, and I would hate for her to be paralyzed in shock, her life changed forever.
So my point, there should be atleast one reason that holds you back. I'm sure that after a while, you'll feel better. I know you might be thinking, 'I'll never get over this.' I thought the same thing. I even had a notebook, writing a letter to the authourities on why I killed myself, I wrote last requests, I wrote poems about my sad life, and I wrote farewell messages to my family and school. I threw that book away. and look at me, two months later! I'm still alive! I'm sure you will be too.
Just wait. I'm sure something will come that will change your mind. Think about the good times in your life. I also thought about Adventureland, this theme park which me and my whole family go to each summer. Going with my teenage cousins, 14 and 15 makes it better, just us teens! Yeah, well think of places you went to, people you love, and things you like to do.
