We're close with eachother, and she's on a diet. She's figured out a diet that allows your stomach to shrink with you. She exercises every morning, and she eats the foods she loves. She just eats them in smaller portions. The less you eat, the smaller your stomach gets, she says. And she's friends with a health teacher, so I guess she knows what she's talking about. It takes a long times, depending on how many pounds you want to lose, but the results are terrific. My teacher looks slim, and she's been on her diet for 13 months. So exercise, and eat in smaller portions. Also, I went on to am-i-fat.com just for you, and typed in your height and weight, and it says that you are a perfect score. That is kinda hard to get. When you excercise your body needs energy and if you excercise enough it will go and break it down from the fat. Now if you keep losing weight and not from you belly then maybe its because of the type of excericses you are doing or the type of diet you have. If you dont excerise your weight loss could be muscle loss (muscle weighs more than fat) Or if you dont eat alot you motabolism gets slower and your body goes into starvation mode so whatever you eat gets stored at your belly. It really depends on how you are losing weight. Tell me and I will tell you how to burn the fat around your stomach. [ someone1234's advice column | Ask someone1234 A Question ]
