theres this calender contest thing they're doing at my orthodontist, where you pick a month out of a hat and you have to make a picture for that month that has to do with the month and braces. well the only reason i'm doing it is because the winners get an ipod, and i really want one lol. i picked january, and i have NO idea what the hell to draw. anybody got a good suggestion?

well you dont really want to do the traditional thing, like a snowman or an igloo. you could do people sitting at a fire, tosting marshmallows, with snow outsie.

not to sure about it but if your period was regular before you had surgury and after its not then im sure the surgury had something to do with it. I'd see a doctor and tell him/her about it to see what they have to say. they'll have the answer for you

Okay this is really embarassing....I went to the movies with my boyfriend last night and we decided to see Nacho Libre...well halfway through the movie I had drank a large soda and I really needed to go ut I didnt want to miss the movie. So then this really funny part happened and I laughed until I peed my pants...I was SO embarrassed and I couldnt get up because I was afraid he would notice to when we went to leave the movie I just rapped my jacket around my waist. On the car ride home he put his hand on my thigh and squeezed...I was so happy! I've never really be touched by a guy (I know I'm a weirdo) and I'm really excited and like a a crazzed fan touched by their hero I'm not sure if I want to wash the pants. I know its gross...but would it be too weird to not wash them and keep them for sentimental value? I wanted to ask my friends but I was WAY to embarrassed to ask people I know. Well the guy I’m talking about is very weird, not cute at all. He doesn’t express his emotions and sometimes he seems to lack it. He’s a very sarcastic person and he can come off as mean.
He’s 16 and is not very popular among people but he’s very intelligent/philosophical. He also says that he’s a dishonest person and he does lie a lot. Many people think I’m very pretty.
I’m popular at school, very nice, sarcastic, and18. I don’t know wat happened but I ended up sitting next to this guy and fell for him pretty hard.
I always thought this guy liked me throughout the year. I never liked him 1st semester cause he seemed mean and too weird. I thought he liked me cause he would always stare at me like he
thought I was beautiful and his friends would always tease us. We sat next to each other 2nd semester and I started talking to him. he was awesome and we shared the same sarcasm and he seemed to enjoy talking to me. so I asked him out on a date. Without any hesitation he said “sure, why not” while smiling.
between the time I asked him out and our date I told him that I didn’t like to be pitied and that if he didn’t like me to tell me. I asked him if he liked me as more thna a friend and he said yes.
we go on our date. It was the best I’ve ever went on. it was obvious that he was into me and remember he is a hard to read person. Just so you know during that time we both didn’t have a
car so my friend had to take us and met up with us later. And she noticed how he was into me and was shocked cause he
never acts that way with anyone. And at the end of the date he said “ I would like to go on another date with you” while smiling. But a few days afterwards he acts so disinterested. I plan to have another date but again he is busy and he doesn’t return my calls or anything. So I got sad and told him that if he didn’t want to we didn’t have to do the 2nd date and he acted like he still
wanted to.
I left for Europe for about 3 weeks for vacation and I got him a really nice gift. Well when I get back he acts so nice. He returns all my calls and it seems like he likes me. Also I was gonna leave
the gift by his house cause he had a very busy week and I didn’t want to wait till after he got back from his vacation. But he didn’t want me to leave it by his house and even offered to meet
me for a few minutes just so I could give it to him in person which was sweet. So he called me and we met and he immediately gave me a big hug which is not like him at all. Then he smiled and kept saying how much he loved my gift. Well I wanted to give him a kiss before he left for his vacation. But of course it was awkward and the wrong time. I told him I wanted to do something but didn’t know if he wanted to. He really had to go and it was obvious I was talking about kissing. But he stayed and was acting sweet by saying don’t feel bad, if I really wanted to leave I would get in my car and drive away. Then before he left he said “ we are friends and I don’t do that with my friends male or female”.
the next day I go online and talk to him about it. I told him I wanted to kiss him and if he wanted to. He never answered my question and only said he felt it wasn’t a good idea. He also was
very rude to me. I decided to ask him if he even liked me as more than a friend. And he said “ we are friends and if we were ever to be more than friends it would have happened quite some time
ago but it never did”. He also said he only agreed to that date cause he wasn’t sure if he liked me. He said our date wasn’t even a real date it was just an “informal meeting of aquantinces”. So I was hurt and asked him why didn’t he tell me
he never liked me since it was so obvious I was really into him. He said it was cause I never asked him. He also denied ever saying he wanted to go on a second date and how he told me he liked me. He was a jerk to me and I showed the convo to my other friends and they agreed he was being too harsh with me.
I rarely think guys like me but I was so sure. Even my friends think he’s lying cause she said he never acts nice to any girl except me and how he was so into me on that date. She thinks he was lying cause his mom is really strict. Like she called him 3 times on our date and twice when I met him to give him his gift. So they feel that might have been a reason. I’m leaving for NY
for college and I now live in CA bu I’ll be gone for one semester then back to CA again. they think that may have turned him off to dating me. he seemed like he liked me and whenever I told
him I liked him or touched him ina flirty way he would only smile and enjoy it I really fell for him and I know I have to move on but could I have mistaken this whole thing? he gave me many
more signs than this too that showed he liked me.

By the way it sounds..is he did like you..his feelings could have changed over your vacation while you were in Europe. But then again it could also be because of his friends. A lot of guys do that because they're embarrased by their own friends. I doubt that you could have mistaken this whole thing. It really sounded like he liked you. Move on and dont worry about it. there will be other guys that really like you and wont do that.

romise rings dont have to be expensive. of course, its always nice to have a nice one, like a white gold or something they normally cost at least $50 dollars, but thats kind of cheap, and you wont be able to get a nice ring for thta, unless its a used one

well it depends on it its permanent, or wash out hair dye. there is certain shampoos and conditioners you can buy, which help keep in color. try garnier's shampoo for colored hair

if this is the first time its happened, you should see a doctor. but then again my friend has a very not normal period, she gets it for 2 weeks once every couple of months. and shes had hers for a little over 2 years. but if youre concerned definitely see a doctor.

Make-Up: I would suggest Estee Lauder..go to like Nordstroms or anwhere with a make-up department. Ask them to find a foundation that fits your face.
Clothes: Abercrombie, hollister, american eagle
Hair Styles: Straightened, scruntched, pony-tail, half ponytail, low side ponytail, curled. Anything really works.
Usually goldbrown or red hightlights look good in everyones hair.

Check out some really cool fashion magazine..and don't be afraid to like try out different styles with your clothes. Sometimes it doesn't always have to be matchy matchy? you know? Express has really nice clothes if your looking for a cool place to shop. Also, a cool fashion magazine like Teen Vogue would really help you out! You can also watch some fashion shows on tv to get a feel for what the "fashion experts" think!
