You can get that from the femine care section at any drug store, the box will have directions. [ SoNuLiCiOuSsS's advice column | Ask SoNuLiCiOuSsS A Question ]

When you have a yeast infection, your dicharge may be slightly discolored, and it'll be thicker. It might look kind of like cottage cheese. It'll also have a foul scent.
If you don't think you have a yeast infection, try using purfume on your underwear and making a scented baggie of purfume to put in your underwear drawer like so :
take a Ziploc baggie and fill it 1/2 full of Epsom salts. Grab your favorite purfume and an eye dropper and put between 3-10 drops of purfume in the salts. If you want, get out the food coloring and add a few drops of food coloring to make the salt pretty colors. then seal the baggie then poke a few holes at the top of the bag. Be sure to set the bag upright in the drawer, so it doesn't spill, and be careful you don't bump it.
Try taking a shower right before you see him and using some really good scented soap. Then you can use lotion on your thighs and stomach to help too. Don't use lotion or your genitals though -- painful.

I would not suggest using it too often though as it could raise the risk of getting an infection or PID.
