Why is it that so many girls freak out about their boobs being too small? I see so many questions about girls who think that because they have small boobs, they won't get any guys. That is not true at all.
But that really isn't the issue, I guess. I myself have quite the chest. I'm a 38 D, and still growing somewhat. It is painful sometimes, especially around periods, and frustrating, because it is near impossible to find shirts that fit, or decent bras.
So when I see these girls who think their lives are over because they are 16 and they aren't Jessica Rabbit, it makes me angry. They have no idea what larger chested women have to deal with! To me, it seems they have it easy. They don't have to worry about aching backs, or not being able to wear a beautiful shirt or dress because it is too tight at the bust, or too loose everywhere else.
How can I keep from being so angry with them? I know that they don't understand, and I know it isn't worth fussing over, but I just can't help it.

you have to remember that people are never happy with what they have no matter what. well, some are, but they make up a very small minority. i think you made a very good point here and you should bring it up to any girl who complains about her small bra size. however, don't get mad because you have to understand that they are victims of peer pressure and steriotypes of hot women with large breasts they see on tv, which are created by men. the thing is, our society puts an enourmous amount of pressure on girls. they feel that they need to be pretty and skinny and that they should have large enough breasts for boys to stare at. they see pretty women in magazines, commercials and movies, and they think that they have to look like that too.
just keep that in mind. they're not like that because they're inconsiderate, they are like that because society puts so much pressure on them.

I have a twin sister, and we are 2 minutes apart at birth, me being the eldest. My mom has always stressed to us that favoritism is highly inappropriate and rejected in a parent-child relationship, her being a victim of favoritism herself. But currently, I feel that secretly, my mom favors my sister more, and a lot of times I feel invisible to her. She rarely has time to listen and value my opinion on things, and this has caused us to grow apart.... What can I do to make my mom see and understand how I feel?

it makes perfect sence that she would stress it so much because when people subconsciously feel that they are doing something wrong, they try to compnsate my saying and doing things that indicate the opposite of how they feel. so your mom makes it sound like she opposes favoritism because deep inside she knows that she is doing it and she feels guilty.
maybe if you and your twin are close, you could talk to her about it. does she feel like she is the favorite? maybe she could talk to your mom about it. talking to her directly might not help so much because she might deny it or even get angry (of course, you know better how your mom may react). you could try getting involved in some one-on-one mother-daughter activities.

I have been hanging out with this guy lately, and he acts like he likes me because he calls me everyday and he wants to come over everyday... and he flirts with me and stuff. He's also friends with one of my moms (younger) guy friends, Brian, and he's cool with my mom too through Brian. I know that sounds weird but it's not, he's 19 I'm 17. He also told Brian that he thinks I'm really pretty & hot and he wants to take it slow and he's not trying to put the moves on me. Which is weird, because he's not the type to "take it slow".. well he doesnt seem like it anyways, he seems more like a player but that might just be me judging him. Does it sound like he likes me? maybe he is taking it easy because he really likes you a lot and doesn't want anything to go wrong. if you would like for things to move a little faster, you can try letting him know that you like him and that he doesn't have to wait so long. but personally, i would be patient and enjoy every moment because i think a guy who takes it slow is more reliable and the relationship might last longer.

My boobs are different sizes, I know thats normal but my doctor told me I was almost done with my "growing" and my left boob is almost 1 inch and a half bigger around the the other one. In a shirt it looks fine, cause of my bra, but when I wear a swimsuit it`s really noticable. I`ve tried doubling up on the padding in the smaller one but its the part that hangs out thats really noticable. Even friends I`ve never mentioned it to have said they`ve noticed it! What should I do and is this like .. unhealthy? (link)

i would wait until you are eighteen or older, and if they don't even out by then and it still bothers you, ask your doctor if you can get a breast reduction for your left boob or breast inlargement for your right. for now you just have to be happy with what you have and keep in mind that you're not the only one who has to go through that. as for bathing suits, try wearing sports swimming suits - they cover your breasts higher up so that you can't see the cleavage, so that people won't be able to tell that your boobs are different sizes.

i took piano lessons when i was 9 years old,and then because the teacher was so strict and i cried after sessions,i quit.and now i wanna study piano again but i don't think my mom would let me.i'll really stick to it,be strong,and work real hard on it.i just wanna learn how to play the piano again....13's not "too late" age,right??how do i convince my mom???tnx in advance (link)

normally if parents see that their child is truly iterested in something and is ready to devote a lot of time and effort to it, they will support that interest. if she doesn't take your word for it, then try to prove to her that you're serious about it by teaching yourself a little (make sure that you do when she can see it). and thirteen is not too old. i know a guy who decided to teach himself to play piano at the age of 17, now he is 19 and he is absolutely amazing. i have played piano for many years, and he's much better than me. so it really depends on how determined you are.

if you first got you period within a year, then it's normal. otherwise you should see a doctor. you can talk to a parent first and tell them you're worried. i haven't had mine in two months and this reminds me, i should sign up for an appointment right now.

because clothes cost is not determined by how much they weight, but by their design, how fashionable they look, how many people worked on them, how long it took to make them, popularity of the brand, and so on. abercrombie clothes are popular, considered quite fashionable, and the fabric of high quality. however, i'm not saying that they're not overpriced - people buy them ebcause they are considered popular.

mom is a A-cup, but my sister is a C-cup.

i think you should be glad that you don't have big boobs, because if you were super hot guys might be scared to even approach you, or they would date you for your looks without even trying to look beyond that. and besides, do you really think that guys are so shallow that a girl's breast size is so important to them? a guy that would make you happy will like you for who you are, not how big your boobs are. besides, just because they're small doesn't mean you're not attractive - i was practically flat-chested in middle school and in high school, yet plenty of boys thought i was cute.

maybe you should get to know him better before rushing to conclusions. whatever you think about military people does not have to be true for him. people join the military for many different reasons, and the military is made up of all kinds of people. some of them are not so bright, and some are geniuses, some like violence and some might even be pacifists (unlikely, but possible), so you should really try to find out what he's like before rejecting him automatically because of what he does. ask him why he joined the military, find out what his beliefs are... just talk to him.

Well, I love the guy. I watched his recent show on MTV & just fell in love with him. He is so genuinely sweet & has worked so hard to get where he is & he deserves every single bit of it! Problem is: None of my friends like him. Half of them make fun of the fact that I like him/his music. Some of the comments include, "That pussy from O-Town?", "Oh, the boy with a girl name?" Yeah, umm so what. Honestly, I'm getting fed up with it. I can't prove to every single one of them how down to earth & nice he is, so what am I to do? Do I say something to them about it, or just let it go? It's getting irritating now. I've never liked O-Town, but since Ashley came out solo I've just loved his work. My friends, and basically everyone in my school dislike him. But it sucks cause when I go to his concert/meet and greets I have to take my mom, which I'd much rather go to with a friend, but I can't..cause none of my friends like him! Ahh, what to do!? (link)

if your friends are being so immature about it, then avoid the subject when you're around them. if they tease you about it, then try to ignore them because when they stop getting the desired reaction, people normally stop teasing. or you can just tell them that you don't want to talk about it if they can't be more mature about accepting your interests. find some people who do like ashley and then maybe you could make more friends with a common interest? with whom you're not afraid to talk about it. or you can just find some chats online with his fans.
just remember - taste can't be argued. people like different things, and something that one person loves can be dispised or misunderstood by another person, even their friend. i'm sure that your friends have interests that you don't necessarily appretiate, you can point that out to them.

buy low-fat low-calorie products, eat more fruits and vegetables. avoid eating too much red meat, instead try eating more fish, seafood and chicken. some vegetables are high in calories too, so don't eat too many avocados and nuts. just eat healthy - not only will you not get fat, but you'll also feel better and healthier. replace all the fast food junk with salads and fruit juices.

well, it's obvious that he suspects that something bad happened, and if you tell him now he won't be shocked, although probably very upset and mad (at his buddy). you might feel better about it once he knows and he'll probably stop hanging out with him, so you'll no longer have to go through the pain of having to see him. i'm sure your boyfriend will understand, seeing how much you're suffering. just tell him the truth, that's all i can advise you.

wear cute jeans or a skirt that reaches at least right above your knees. if you wear a tank top, make sure you wear something that would cover your shoulders, like a short cardigan. basically, whatever you wear, make sure that not too much skin is showing.

well im going out with this guy and i really do like him. Well my friends want us to kiss like really bad...dont ask me why but their just weird like that. i'm sure he wants to kiss just as much as you do, he's just being a bit hesitant himself. just wait for that moment when you're in private and you feel really comfortable together, and ask him straight up if he'd like to kiss you. if he doesn't feel ready yet, he'll just tell you so and then you can ask him to tell you when he is ready. and don't worry what your friends want, because it only matters what the two of you want as a couple.

it does work a little bit, or you could go buy a spray that gives you natural highlights when you're in the sun - they sell them next to the hair dyes.

Well, I have this friend. He's not super close, but he is a good friend of mine. We have had a lot of talks about smoking pot when several of my friends started and I said "no one thinks it's a big deal anymore and I don't get it." He said "I still think it's a big deal and I think it's pointless and would never try because I would be too scared." Then, he showed up to my friend's party high and I don't get it. I thought he meant that and I haven't had the chance to talk to him yet. I'm really upset about it, and I don't know what to say to him. Does anyone have any idea how to deal with something like this? Like what to say to him?

maybe it's something he should deal with himself. i know a lot of people who smoke pot, but that's because i'm in college. if you're good friends, then just tell him that it upsets you to see him like that and that you'd rather not hang out with him when he is high or hear from him about it. when i was going to try mushrooms, i told my really good friend about it, and she said "please stop, i don't want to hear about it. it really usets me and i don't want to think of you doing drugs." so that changed my mind because i realized that it wasn't worth it if my friend felt that way about it. but either way, pot is something that most people get over with time. believe it or not, most of my high school teachers and university professors were potheads when they were young.

if the pains persist, you should consult a gynecologist. it sounds to me like you're going through a lot of emotional pain because of what that guy did to you. if there's anyone you could talk to about it, like a best friend or maybe a counselor, you should just talk it out and maybe that will make you feel slightly better. if not, then write your feelings about it on a piece of paper or in your diary, that helps too. if you didn't give consent to having sex, then you should definitely tell someone because he raped you. if you did, then at least consider telling your boyfriend, depending on how you think he would take it and how it might affect your relationship.

polish people are generally very attractive. they're normally tall, slim, with bright blue eyes and blond hair. not all of them, of course, but that's the stereotype. and their women, unlike russian women who are also very beautiful, take very good care of themselves so that they're still beautiful when they get older. so don't worry, it's a compliment =) i remember when i was in a polish airport, i was almost drooling looking at the guys there @_@
