barreldreamer101 answered Thursday June 22 2006, 9:49 pm: Well if you still wanna eat alot eat healther(sp?) foods. Also work out alot! like atleast once a day if not twice. Do crunches, pushups, run/jog/walk, or if you have certain channels of t.v. then usually they have work out channels follow those extersices. That should help. Hope i helped. good Luck in the future.
