Well I am not a doctor. But you can go to the store and buy medicines that will help the syptoms. Or if it is a bad thing where you feel like total crap and think it is more, have someone take you to a doctor. Then they will get you the meds you need. In the mean time just go to bed a little earlyer and wake up a little later if that is possible. Also don't do to much because that can make getting better take longer! Hope this helps. My boyfriend, well currently ex, cheated on me a few months back. We were dating for over 1.5 years, almost 2 so when I found out about it, I broke up with him.
I really wasn't planning on getting back together with him because I was really hurt. Besides the cheating however, I thought he was amazing.
Yesterday he came over to get me back. When we first started dating, I used to make him these cute little signs but I always thought he just threw them away. Well he kept them ALL! :D He made then into a book type thing and showed it to me when he came over. There was at least a 100 of them!

Hey, I know this will probably be a really silly question.. i just need some reassurance..

Well if you still wanna eat alot eat healther(sp?) foods. Also work out alot! like atleast once a day if not twice. Do crunches, pushups, run/jog/walk, or if you have certain channels of t.v. then usually they have work out channels follow those extersices. That should help. Hope i helped. good Luck in the future.

Ok if you are only 14 i would suggest you wait. Not very many people are actually in a serious relationship at that age. But if you are so set on it that you won't think twice on not doing it, buy condoms. There is no age linit on them. But as the birth control I don't know how you will get that without telling your parents or an adult at that age. You can always say mom can I go to the doctor because my periods are really long and painfull because most the time if they have things like that they will put people on a pill to stop them and it is birth control. or come up with a way to get them on your own. All your really close friends UI would think you would have phone numbers. SO the phone is a very good option and from that then you can hang out and stuff by planing things. Go to local pools and things like that where there are people around and there are high chances you will see someone you know haning around. Or a place in your citie that people hang out at. Tell your mom that you want to try tampons. It's not that hard. Or if you live near a store or somthing like that you can buy them on your own. There arent age limits on them. Then read the box to show you how to put them in if you don't have them in right they can be very painful. Also you may have a little pain anyways because if you have never had anything in you down there you will me tight. If you can't figure it out ask someone to show you how to do it. Anyway, for the past few days my left eye has been really itchy. I don't wear contacts or anything like that. It feels like there is an eye lash that fell into my eye... it's that exact same feeling, but there is nothing in it. The feeling is not there 24/7 either... it probably feels that way every 4 hours or so, and I can't stop rubbing it when it happens which makes it itch and bother me even more!

Wash it out with water. Or in other mening flush your eye. It is really bad allergies this time if year as well. It could be allergies. If it is go to a store like krogers or CVS or what ever they have where you live and see if you can get eye drops. If the problume keeps occuring or getting worse go to your doctor. They can tell you and give you a perscription and or tell you what to do for it. Also take a cold wash cloth and hold it over your eye for a little bit when it hurts. Hope this helps.
