Ok well I just started using tampons and I wanna know if you can wear a tampon in the shower? B/c i gotta take a shower but I like just put a tampon in an hour ago and I don't wanna waste it.

Yes, you can, but you might as well take it out to clean down there. If you were worried about water messing it up, dont. You can wear them in the pool too, 100%.

You can take a shower with a tampon in, but there's no reason to. It all goes down the drain. =)

not to be a smart ass but its a tampon if your going to take a shower your soppost to take it out so you can get cleaning done properly,why would you want to leave it in and not clean yourself ?getting out of the shower so fresh and so clean but at the same time feel kind of dirty!
so just take it out,and dont worry about waisting a tampon being clean is what matters.

Yes you can shower with them in. But showering is usually the only time you can leave them out. And you really want to clean considering its your period.
But you can leave it in. You can wear them in any water.
