my sister is losing ALOT of weight in her lower area. she goes to the gym like 4 times a week for an hour and does the tredmill and stationary bike, shes also been dieting by eating 20 fat grams a day or less. shes lost 35 pounds in like 2 and a half months. so i would try something like that and she walks on the tredmill not run so if you did that it would probably work better. if you dont have access to a gym try running or walking at a fast pace around your neighborhood. fruits and pretzels are good for snacks. mess around with it, ive seen ALOT of improvement in her! good luck!

Try jogging and/or cycling and that should help tone them up pretty good. Keep up with your swimming (kicking your legs in the water tones them up) and volleyball (running around gets your heart pumping for a good "fat-burning" cardio session).

Hope this helps! :-)
