Okay i was wondering how do you make a journal icon yourself? Please help me!!
Well you need a graphics program ( The simplist one is Microsoft paint :P ) And then you just make it the right size I guess, whatever size journal Icons are. Just paste your image into the prgram and add text and whatever other elements you want.
hey, i tried the birth control pill and it made me have really bad heart problemz from it..and well, my heart is getting better now after about a year from those damn thingz!!!!
but my question is...do any of yuz kno any good birth control methods like the patch, or anything lyk that that is healthy and that you can use if you smoke cigarettes??
I dont think smokers are suppose to use any birth control becuase it will cause heart problems. Looks like a good reason to stop smoking!

Well take a pain reliever (Tylenol Advil Asprin) And get in a warm shower. Laying down and just relaxing helps too. Cramps are just a pain, litteraly

You can take emergency Contraception which lowers your chance of getting pregnant. Im pretty sure you can get it at planned parenthood but you need to take it within 5 days.

How can I keep my eyeshadow on all day? It's powder eyeshadow that I love but it always fades away during the day. I don't want to keep reapplying it. Any tips so my eyeshadow stays on longer?
Try putting lotion on your eyelids right before you apply the shadow. Kinda makes it stick better. i think they also have eye primer things that you put on under shadow.
how do i prevent the red razor bumps on my bikini line from coming when i shave? and how do i get a very close shave to where you cant even tell there is hair there? i want it all gone but everytime i shave it just turns red and gets razor burn.
Make sure you use alot of shaving cream or soap. Then after your done put some antibiotic cream (neosporin tipe stuff) on it. It helps :)

Well it definatly doesnt sound very healthy! plus I would think you would end up retaining water and gaining weight. Well, water weight. I wouldnt try it if I were you.

I have that too o.o Its just where the fat collects I guess. Theres not to much you can do about it but its perfectly normal. And if no one notices, who cares?

Well make sure you do everything light. No black eyeliner or anything. Just keep it sheer. Use a nice light pink blush but make sure you dont use to much. For eyes use a light eyeshadow like a champange color or something.
okay i always get hungary and i always end up chosing sweets or salty things to eat...is there sumthing more healthier and that will hold longer bcuz i knoe salads r healthy but i mean you get hungry like 10 minutes later.

You need to eat protein becuase it takes your stomach longer to digest it so you are full longer. Try peanut butter or cheese. Even yogurt.
I am a 13 year old white girl (almost 14). I am intrested in this black kid. some of my friends are ok with it but one of my best friends think i shouldnt like him because he is black. he is one of the nicest and sweetest people i know. i just dont understand why she cant see him for an amazing person and not just him being black. What can i do to get through to her?
Probably nothing will change her mind. You shouldn't listen to her though. Racism is not right. If she ends up not likeing you becuase you like someone who isnt white then she wasnt a good friend in the first place.
My BESTfriend.. Let's call her *Liza. She is anorexic, i didn't know this before.. i just thought she was super skinny. But she left her diary over my house, and i just read some of it. She's been anorexic for almost two years, it's crazy. She doesn't know that i know yet.. so i'm scared to try and help her! You should definatly alert her parents. Even though it seems like going behind her back it could save her life. Looking at her diary was wrong but if you can help her it is actually better than letting her suffer anorexia.
i always get acne everyday! in the morning, i wake up and theres another one! i've tried everything! i tried this benzclin (not sure how its spelled) which was prescribed by the doctor, i've tried proactiv, shiseido, clean & clear, neutrogena, clique, mary kay, and even toothpaste! nothing seemed to work. i feel so embarased to go out. i cant do anything. i feel like crying everyday and i have zero self confidence. please help me. i want my acne out now:(
Go to a dermatologist and get a retin-A product. If that doesnt help you may have to take oral medication which you can get from your dermatologist.

you see, i am a female brunette and i have hair on my legs/arms. I would like to lighten my hair so it is less visible because i don't like to wax/shave because hair grows back even darker/thicker. Well your hair does not actually grow back darker and thicker. That is a myth, Its really just an illusion becuase you tend to forget what your hair looked like before it grew back.
No there arnt home remidies. If you want to get it off without waxing or shaving try nair. It doesnt work on really corse hair though. It should work on your arms.
