Honestly, maybe the pillow or pillowcase or whatever you sllep with by your face is dirty. If you usually sleep with your hair down when you go to sleep, tie it up with a scarf or bandana. Wash your face before you got to sleep and when you wake up, on a regualr basis. All that what I've told you, is helping to clear my acne, and remember: NO PICKING! And don't feel bad, either. This is something that you have no control over, but I know how you feel... Another important thing, drink lots of water.

xo_dream answered Monday August 16 2004, 3:03 am: Just go to the dermatologist again + see what else they can prescribe for you. You could also try getting an acne facial [[ i don't know exactly what they are or what makes them so different from a regular facial, but i *think* most places have them ]]. Good luck =) [ xo_dream's advice column | Ask xo_dream A Question ]

sportscutie13 answered Thursday August 12 2004, 8:07 pm: believe it or not, ur pretty lucky. I have acne like CRAZY and I have to live with it everyday. I am on some pills subscribed by my dermatoligist called amphicillin and i use tazorac and clindomax creams and gels(all subscription). And I STILL have acne like crazy! Sometimes, you have to be patient, and I can't really help you except give you these names. Ask your doctor about these and maybe they'll work for you. Best of luck! StiLLwiShinG_1217 answered Thursday August 12 2004, 3:14 pm: From this predicament u write about.. It doesn't seem as if there is ANY cure for these little pesks.. but as all injuries/medical issues/ etc go, there is always cover up :-) but DON'T I repeat DON'T use oil based substances, go to your nearest pharmacy and find something water based or just oil free. Always check lables, and don't be so wrapped up in ur looks, it's not worth the time, and not heathly :-) I hope u feel better about urself very soon!
Tell me the outcome!
