how do you know when you are truly in love with a guy and how do you know when it is the right time to tell him?

I think after you've been dating for almost a year is probably the right time. The guy could feel really intimidated if you tell him during the first few months of your relationship that you alreay "love him". But, then again, 13-year-olds seem to be loving guys even before they start dating.

well if you're asking when you'd know if you're truly in love with a guy then you're not in love. when you are in love you feel it all over. it's so extreamly hard to explain but it's the best feeling in the world to be in love. you're happy all the time, you smile constantly when you think about your guy, and you just are really giddy it's such a great feeling to be in love. the right time is whenever you feel ready to tell him. just sit him down and say i'm begining to have my feelings grow very strongly towards you and i think i'm in love with you... you could use different wording. if you dont get much of a response from him just be like i've had this bottled up inside of me for a little while and i had to tell you. it's okay if you don't love me too right now but i just wanted to tell you that i really think i love you and i don't want to lose you.

I say that, when u r truly in luv, u can't stop thinking about him/her and ur heart says that u luv him/her. that is when u tell him how u feel.

You know your in love when all you can think about is him..you fall asleep thinking about him and you wanna be with him all the time...Don't tell him if you just started going out bc then he might think that your really clingy and he might not like that...you tell him when you feel is the right time...<3 hope i helped!

Well you really don't know your in love because love is blind and you really can't tell if YOU are in love but your friends and loved ones probably can if you keep talking about him and everytime you see him your afraid to say something stupid around him! That is love and it feels GREAT! Like a rollercoaster your heart feels so happy and excited and you have good feelings about him ALL the time! That is love and i think you should tell him because (here is a poem!) if you love someone tell them because hearts are broken but words that are unspoken! So tell him you love him!

Hmm.. tough question.. but there are never easy answers.. Love isn't based on a time or age, mind u, it's the highest amount of care u feel for a person.. They are ur reason for happiness and daydreaming.. and the cause of ur lack of sleep :-) however, ur heart will know when u r truley ready to love someone, and u will know.. just because that's the love u feel.. pretty confusing.. but u just KNOW. And it NEVER goes away.. No matter wat.. if it does, then it was never really love. The right time to tell him is just sitting with him, being on the phone, make sure ur alone, or even if ur not, the moment will MAKE u tell him. Hold on to love and let it thrive :-)
