How do i loose weight

Aww, well start the Lindora diet. Eat smart, salad, fruit, veggies, water and fish is a good diet. Eat less portions of food and cut back on the junk food and snacks, example, you are going to the movies and you want popcorn, NO YOU CAN NOT HAVE POPCORN!! Wake up early in the morning and jog around your block, but have a good nights rest! Excersize at the gym 2 times a week if not 1 time at least. Try being active in those 6 months, try to be more active in p.e. when the coach says run, dont walk, RUN!! Try dancing (a very good excersie for loosing weight!!) BEST OF LUCK!

there area alot of ways you can loose weight...you can even have fun doing it too! if you like to dance join a dance team or go to the gym every once in a while or just go out and play some sports...loosing weight can be fun if u think about it...you don't have to just be like oh well i guess i need to run around the block a few times you can do something that is for for you and your body...Hope that helped!! ]
