You can make one with Paint, although Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop are the two best graphic systems out there. If you know people with these programs, they could probably help you out.

well you can get bases at crucioness.tk then save then and then take like paint or paint shop pro and write what you want then save it.you can try it out..

First of all, you need to have a Graphics Program. If you go to buddy4u.com, they have tutorials that will help. Hope I helped :)

Well you need a graphics program ( The simplist one is Microsoft paint :P ) And then you just make it the right size I guess, whatever size journal Icons are. Just paste your image into the prgram and add text and whatever other elements you want.
