are those flirty skirts that go out like or have two layers... u know the popular ones? are those gonna be in this school year? i wanted to buy one tomorrow but i'm afraid that they will be out in a couple of months. what are your thoughts? i live in california.

Plus, even if they're not "in" they're still cute you can wear it ne way. Also, if you buy it then its not in you could sell it on e-bay or @ a yard sale! Hope i helped
