always hungary okay i always get hungary and i always end up chosing sweets or salty things to eat...is there sumthing more healthier and that will hold longer bcuz i knoe salads r healthy but i mean you get hungry like 10 minutes later.
please help ssoooooon b4 i get hungary again!

Drink more water -- it fills you up, and SO often people mistake thirst for hunger. Hmm .. when I eat a salad, I'm full for a long time, but I guess it's different for different people. Try adding different things to your salad. Pretzels aren't a terrible snack if you want something salty, and try fruit when you want something sweet. Carrot sticks + things like that also make good snacks. ]
If you find yourself hungry and instead of going to the pantry and grabbing sweets or salty things make yourself a sandwich with a fruit salad. Or even add chicken to a regular salad. There are a lot of healthy but filling things you can eat out there. Maybe even try looking up good things to eat on the internet.

just carry a bag of food with you.. i love food and im always hungry but if u dont go food then i guess ur gonna be hungry till ya eat... jus eat wen ever ur stomach gruggls.. jus make sure u run and jump and play ]

hey u can eat fruit or like carrots nd stuff like vegies but ur prolee not feelin hungree u jus get bored nd the onlee thing ta do is eat..soo when u get bored take a walk nd u wont b hungree <33 Jessi hope i helpd ]
u r probaly not hungry u prob. just want food...but try eating ur three main meals until u get full and instead of having unhealthy snacks eat fruit and etc.

YOU CAN STILL EAT THE FOODS YOU LIKE AS LONG AS YOU EXCERSISE. AND THEN GET A FAST METABOLISM..LIKE ME I HAVE A VERRRY FAST METABOLISM AND PROBABLY EAT THE SAME EXACT FOODS...SO JUST EXCERSICE AND STAY IN SHAPE DONT BE A COACH POTATO!

Dear Hungary,
Right now i am going through the same thing, the next time you go to the grocery pick up some different fruits and veggies that u like but dont pick up a lot of sweets or junk food. Also exercise more! Or find some new hobbies that will help you get your mind off of food ]
You need to eat protein becuase it takes your stomach longer to digest it so you are full longer. Try peanut butter or cheese. Even yogurt. ]
Buy low carb/sugar free stuff!! I do, and it makes my cravings go away but it isnt as bad for you! I dont know if you like Bananna Bread but I do and I tried the Atkin's one and it's practically as good as the original one!! also maybe you could try to grab fruit instead of sweets?? Fruit still has sugar in it (which is why its sweet) just not as much as candy!

bigger salads?
umm try like fruit. most nights i'll have a salad, a fruit salad, an apple, and a clementine orange. ]
what i LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!! is chicken ceasar salads. they fill you up! what you put in it is lettuce, maybe carrots and grilled chicken with that non carb italian dressing. i lived on that for weeks and i didnt gain any weight and its healthy cuz your getting your protein and vegetables. good luck ]
Eat ur favorite fruit or something, or some yogurt..lol, or buy the reduced fat snacks. ]
TRy yoguRt, cheese and cRackeRs, dRy ceReal, soups, gRapes, bananas, and tuRkey sandwiches! Hope this helps!! ]
