you could do sit ups to work your stomach and to work your legs, stomach, and butt lay on the floor and then lift up wit ur lower stomach and lower back but while liftin up squeez ur butt and it works really well also for your arms ... lift heavy objects.. even if its jus a can of fricken soup... another for your legs jump round a lil bit

the trampoline will help your legs because you are jumping but if you wanna work your upper arms you should get some weights and go out to the side of you and then back in and then crul them up infront of you too and for your stomach you should do crunches and sit ups

i believe there is both a heaven and a hell but no one has ever proven it i guess its just something you have to believe in and if u believe in god then u must believe in heaven which means there is a hell and a devil because for everything good there is a same thing but bad like if u believe in magic and witch craft for every bad spell you cast there is 3 bad spells that go to you and that are made to hurt you but if u make a good spell then there is a good spell that will help you ... like if you punch the wall there is a force actin bak on your hand that pushes back therefore only you can say if there is a heaven and a hell because its something you believe and something you wont know is true or not until you die

i did some research and i found out that min. schnauzer should live to be about 15-20 years old because online studies have found many people to have older schnauzers around that age that are still acting young and playful i hope i have answered your question to my fullest
