hey i was wondering if neone knew of ne good at home exercises 2 lose weight fast that works manly ur legs and stomach and some arms and some diets 2 go on ??? thanks

XxShortStashxX answered Friday August 13 2004, 11:59 pm: you could do sit ups to work your stomach and to work your legs, stomach, and butt lay on the floor and then lift up wit ur lower stomach and lower back but while liftin up squeez ur butt and it works really well also for your arms ... lift heavy objects.. even if its jus a can of fricken soup... another for your legs jump round a lil bit
