gettin fit hey im skinny...but like my thighs and stomach and upper arms are flabby!! i wanna get fit and tonned for skool which starts sept 8th...lately ive been jumping on my trampoline ALOT!! will that help?? where will it make me fit..will it help my stomach and stuff..just a big trampoline..

yeah..it will help..also..for your legs..you can run and you can ride a bike around your neighboorhood *bring some friends along if you dont wanna go by yourself`!* that will really get your legs muscular`! for your arms..push ups..maybe..lol..stomach..crunches..the running will help too ]
do crunches and sit ups a trampoline WONT help at all ]

You can jump on the trampoline, but I think you should also do crunches that will help your stomach.
For your arms - try lifting a couple pounds each day. It won't kill you and the results will be amazing!

the trampoline will help your legs because you are jumping but if you wanna work your upper arms you should get some weights and go out to the side of you and then back in and then crul them up infront of you too and for your stomach you should do crunches and sit ups

Ok heres what i do... like 3 times a week... 20 mins of lifting five pound weights ( bring them up slowly and down slowly )then 20 crunhes, 5 pushups and u can pick otehr stuff to make u more fit! I hope i helped!! .:MaD:. ]
I think that plates videos work really well and tone a lot of diffrent part of the body! ]
a little bit i guess, but jump for like hours when its really hot, it may sound weird.. i lost like 2-3 lbs in a week but um.... just try doin sum exercizes like running and crap =) <3 ]
Yea, it will work your thighs alot! Do some sit-ups and pushup tho! Im sure you're beautiful! =) ]
jumpin on the trampoline is more cardio

but for ur stomach do crunches and stuff

Maybe it would help if you like dance around or jump around on it. lol. But try to jumprope and do crunches and stuff like that in addition to the trampoline. ]

Well It's Aug. 12th now, so you've got almost a month. The trampoline, unfortunately won't do a whole lot. For your stomach, just do like crunches and situps and stuff like that. When you do them, don't do like 500 one day and then none the rest of the week, do maybe like 50 a day to start off then gradually increase it, and take the weekends off to give your muscles time to recuperate.
For your thighs, the best thing I can tell you is to get one of those contraptions where you push your thighs together and it gives resistance...they look like a butterfly but i'm not sure what they're called.
For your upper arms, find light weights like 5-15 pounds each, and just lay on your back with your arms spread out so you make a T, and just bring your arms in...way up above your chest. It's important to keep your elbows straight, because if you bend them you work your wrist and forearm more than your upper arm.
Above all...run. Get into a habit of maybe running a mile or two every day or even just every other day. I have a friend who moved away 3 years ago and when he left he was about 5'5, 180 lbs of fat. Within less than 6 months (of running 2 miles a day) he was at 5'6, 135 (obviously running doesn't make you taller....) and in great shape. When he visited my town, I didn't recognize him til I heard his voice and saw his family with him.

no the trampoline will not help. i have the same problem with my stomach, thighs, and upper arms. so what I started to do was to do 20 pushups in the morning after breakfast and 20 at night after dinner. 50 situps in the morning after breakfast and 50 at night after dinner. and 30 crunches after I eat lunch. so far it is working out great. ]
uhm..absolutely...NOT. trampolines dont do shit but maybe help youur leg muscles..try sit ups crunches, and weights for your arms, and thigns run around your neighborhood.

it will help your abs and your legs you have to eat to get muscle your body cant make muscle out of nothing ]
