I'm dating this girl. I'm really happy, and I love her very much. but theres this other girl that likes me, and she happens to be a close friend. She has a b/f and she's wants to dump this b/f for me. But how do I tell her I don't wanna be with her? I don't want her to get mad and stop being my friend.....idk....
She shouldn't stop being your friend if you simply say you don't have those feelings for her. Definitely say it and make it be known so nothing bad gets back to your gf.

Okay, i'm 13. I like my friends Josh and John.They are both 13 too. John has a girlfriend but Josh doesn't. Sometimes I think Josh likes me because one time when we were on the way home from playing a concert from school it was around 9p.m and I was tired. I sat with Josh and started falling asleep. Josh then started to hold my hand and tell me to lay my head on his shoulder. In school he would give me hugs and sit with me. The only problem is that I don't know if he likes me and I'm the kind of person who is shy to say that kind of stuff to guys. What should I do? Does he like me?
If he doesn't like you, he seems pretty flirty. I guess the only way to find out is through time. I wouldn't ask or push if I were you...it might only lead to a heartbreaking/embarassing response. Wait it out. Life is better enjoyed when you are patient. ♥

Well I lost 2 of my best friends n i have been really like depressed since not like cutting myself depressed but just depressed my friends said i have changed and i lost them too how do i get back to normal and get my friends back?
Let them know you still want a friendship. Maybe invite them over your house or if that's too weird just tell them you miss them. Sometimes groups of friends change..it's a part of growing up. But I don't doubt you can salvage the friendship! Give them a phone call and tell them you miss them!

How do you stop being vain?
Well, there's lots of ways. But how about stop focusing on material things? There are people starving all over the world...meanwhile half of America is worrying about their weight, the size of their house e.t.c.
There's poverty all over the place...people with disease and illnesses...bringing new lives into a very unhopeful world.
Start being thankful instead of vain. To have a home on a cold stormy night, to have friends, a family that loves you, and so much more.

I signed up for the school talent show. Suddenly today, I learned that it will be held at the assembly. And it's too late to drop out. I have a terrible case of stage fright. I'm singing a song from THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA (Wishing You Were...), and it's going to be hard to liven up a beautiful broadway piece next to all the other singers, who are singing stuff like Ice Ice Baby and Alicia Keys. How do I relax?!
Relax, honestly. Phantom of the Opera is a beautiful, classical, broadway show. A lot of people our age are fond of it. All those songs by Alicia keys and what not are in and out. People love them until they're overplayed and Ashanti has a new single. It's always the next thing. I think what you're singing can be appreciated by everybody because Broadway shows never get "overdone" really. To be calm, just know that you are capable and you have to go out there and show everybody what you can do. Know that a lot of people might think you're doing wonderfully...just don't show your nerve to anyone or talk about it aloud because it'll only make you more concious of it.

There are a lot of "How do I get this guy/girl to like me" questions on this site, and mine is the exact opposite.
I'm pretty positive that a girl that I have PE with has a crush on me, and my friend agrees with me. The thing is, I'm not attracted to her in any way what-so-ever, not even as a friend. I don't like her because she over analyzes things and is an immature person that thinks she is mature.
Is there some sort of way I can make her not have a crush on me? I don't want to make a total jerk out of myself, because that's not that type of person that I am, and I also deffinetly do not want to hurt her. Any thoughts?
Show absolutely no interest. Don't be rude but don't talk to her often or flirt often. Eventually she might just give up. But that's the only real nice way of doing it.

How about you do an article on the Upside Down Christmas Tree? It's a new thing! People actually buy christmas trees you purposely turn upside down. Supposedly it "stores more presents underneath it". I think that's pretty interesting! Target even sells them.

Not really. As long as you know you wouldn't do anything wrong even if under pressure. You have to respect his girlfriend. But, there's no problem with hanging out with him as long as your very careful. If somehow he expresses feelings for you, then you need to tell him to do things the right way and break it off with his girlfriend first. But anyway, that might not even be the case, so don't worry yourself. And if he did try to do something to you, you would know he's not a very respectable guy if he tries to cheat on his gf. Anyway your fine. Go for it, and enjoy, just know your limits.

He might think he means it. Maybe he even does, but it probably hurts atleast a little to know your not the only girl he says it to. But if I were you it's just some simple words. You do not have to worried about getting hurt...I don't think he's going to dump you because he said 'I love you.' Your fine.
okay...my boyfriend's mom buys me stuff all the time because he's an only child and I'm now like her adopted girl or something haha, but anyways, I wanted to get her and my boyfriend's dad something for Christmas because of this. My boyfriend says that their anniversary is just before Christmas and he suggested that I, or maybe even we, get them something to count for both occasions. Anyways, I have no idea at all what to get them, shopping for my own parents is hard enough and I've know them my whole lives. Um...his parents live on a farm, his dad works at a golf course, they make maple syrup, and they have a little dog. Any suggestions would be great! How about a gift certificate to a local movie theater or nice restaurant? Or both.
That's something they can both do. And to be honest, if I were you, I'd do something very simple that could be a gift for the both of them. It's a nice gift because it allows you to buy only one and it allows his parents to have a nice night out.

Cheer up! I'm sure this is not the thing you want to do right now, but a lot of people feel this. Even those drop dead gorgeous girls with boyfriends have their moments and weaknesses.There's actually something that you have over them, believe it or not. Boyfriends do not equal beauty! I know someone who is very pretty in my eyes, I think you would consider this girl pretty too. She never had a real relationship until she was sixteen. (She 'went out' with some kid prior, but it didn't really count she was young). She is as happy and glowing as ever but before that she had some real self issues. Maybe your older or younger than that girl but it doesn't matter is what I mean. You do NOT need a boyfriend. All those girls are gonna have 5421 boyfriends throughout the course of the year, and PLEASE let them! Who cares? Because they're going to go through boyfriends like they're disposable! It's going to wear out all the specialness. I think there's plenty of people for everybody, it just depends who you find first. So yes, I think there are dozens of people who might find you absolutely entrancing. Think of how big the world is. Forget your town or school or county or state! They're all over the place. Believe it or not. And besides that, guys should not judge a girl based upon looks. Maybe some do, but those aren't the kind of guy you want. You want a cute guy who loves you for you and searches so much deeper. There's nothing wrong with being single! Trust me...it's not the key to failure. Eventually, when you do find that person, and believe me I know they're coming whether it be in 2 years or 2 weeks...it's going to feel golden! Just develop skills and have confidence and let people know that you don't NEED a boyfriend because that will only drag you down on the inside. People who jump from boyfriend to boyfriend are screaming INSECURITY! They can't live without a boyfriend. I find that disgusting. Is that supposed to boost their self-confidence? That they're immature and need someone to swoon over 24-7? Listen, it's not like I know what you look like, but I just have this feeling your coming down too hard on yourself. You know how when you talk, you hear your voice so much differently than when you watch a home video and listen to your voice? You perceive your voice differently than it really is. Couldn't that be the same thing with looks? Haven't you ever had a bad hair day and walked out the door and been told that your hair was fine or you looked pretty? I'm sure it's happened atleast once. You see yourself different than you really are. Why do you think some super skinny people think they're fat? It's all a deceivery...something about living within yourself changes your view to what you're really like. Maybe you're not the 'hottest' girl in school, but I'm sure after a while, those girls even get bored of it. Being pretty is nothing you can personally acheive. Being smart, witty, charismatic, funny is all about how you apply yourself. It's something you can actually work at. Maybe looks you can change more or less with a little makeup, but it's not the looks that should draw the boys. I promise one day you'll find a cute boy who likes you for you. Don't get discouraged when it's been a month or two and prince charming's nowhere to be found. Here's what I'd do if I were you and my looks were bugging me really bad. Put on a little makeup, do your hair nice, buy a cute new outfit, and encourage yourself with every fiber of your being. Tell yourself beauty should only be from the inside but if it's strong enough in can reflect on the outside. Don't cry anymore. It's not worth your tears. Every girl has weak moments like this. Just keep fighting and you'll find a way through it. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

If you ask for more things, get smaller, inexpensive things. But if you want to get a tiffanys necklace, ask for less. I know the feeling. After all though, you don't want him to wind up getting you something you don't care for. Just tell him the truth, and say that if he can't take care of that financially it's fine.

You just need to lay it down flat very nicely that you no longer have feelings for him. Make sure you express that you need a little space right now. Just be like 'It's not you I'm just going through a phase in my life where I need some space, I need to be my own person' ... that'll atleast make him feel like it's not all his fault and then maybe he will respect that and give you space.

He will not hate you if you don't get him something. But, yes, I think if you can you should get him something. Someone in my family is doing poorly financially and cant give out presents this year. She told us not to give any gifts to her family, but of course, we're not the ones financially struggling (thank god), so we're still giving them gifts. I think as long as you can afford something, you should make an attempt to get something.
And what to get him? Well, I did notice alot of people on this website were writing up an "100 things I love about you" type thing. Which, I think is adorable!
Maybe you can get him some movies? And maybe like his favorite candy? That would be really super cute. Or however he dresses get him an outfit from a nice store, just find out his sizes.
I have no clue what he actually wears, but American Eagle is ADORABLE on preppy guys. Even if a guy isnt that preppy, it's still cute. But I guess it depends on what he usually wears.

The truth is saying it like it is. You can tell 99% of a story truthfully, but if you change one little detail...that 1% makes it become no longer a truth, but a false remark.
