I love giving advice & I think I'm pretty good at it. I can get along with almost anyone unless they piss me off. I adore Hollister, it's my favorite store ever. I'm not a girly girl but I'm not a tomboy either. I don't wear any make-up at all, I don't like it. I hate it when girls wear way too much of it, it's.. ew. I'm a pretty big goofball & I love making people laugh. I'm not very mature, either. Love me or hate me, I'll still be me & I won't change for anyone.


I have a lot in common with people but I'm still different. I'm not stuck up & I like making new friends. I have a lot of them but I have no idea what I'd do without my best friends. I don't judge people by the way they dress, their personality is what gets me.


Music takes up a huge part of my life. I listen to pretty much anything & everything. Literally, you name it.. I probably like it. I love romantic songs & songs that make me wanna dance. :D


Kevin is the love of my life. He's always there for me when I need him & he's everything I've ever wanted. He's handsome, romantic, sweet, smart, hilarious.. everything. Words can't express how much I love him. We've been together since June 14, 2005. We're gonna be together forever & no one can stop us. ♥ ♥ He has a column on here, too. Im 16/female. im about 5'7",5'8" .. im uncomfortable with my height..(and weight) i want to be smaller/ shorter..all my friends are like 5'1", 5'2".. but ive realized i cant change how i am.. i play softball and do cheerleading.. HERES THE THING; I thought i weighed around 125 lbs.. (last time i weighed myself was a year ago).. and i was 130ish.. but i weighed myself the other day in my friends bathroom.. and i was A WHOPPING 152lbs!!!!!
is that really big? How can i lose weight?

You're not really big, you're average. If you go to this page http://www.toneteen.com/ it'll show you the different exercises & what you can eat so you can lose weight. Someone for your height should weigh somewhere between 130-140 if you want to be that skinny.

I have really bad cramps right now. Is there anything I can eat or drink to help them not be so bad? I don't want to take medicine though.

Ah gosh, I have the same problem. Drinking lots of water always helps because it keeps you hydrated, eating bananas helps, walking a lot reduces cramps, & laying on your stomach or putting a hot pad on your stomach makes cramps go away. Make sure not to drink a lot of soda or caffeine though because that makes cramps worse.

ok i really like this guy but there's a problem. i went to my friends house last week and we went to his house but then after that he asked me if i would "do stuff with him" meaning like a bj and stuff. anyway i really like him but he doesent want a girlfriend because he just got out of a long relarionship. and i do want to do that stuff but i cant because im scared but i really want to. but he doesent want a girl friend and i dont know if i can handle just being a person he says to "have fun with" please help me i rate high! thanks . p.s im going to his house friday!

Don't do it. If he only wants to hang out with you so you could do stuff with him, it's not worth it because he's just going to use you & probably a couple easy girls that would do that with him. Sorry, I know that sounds mean, but if he doesn't really like you back, then in the end you're just going to get hurt & regret what you did. If you want to do that stuff, wait until you find somebody that you like & they really like you back so that way, you won't regret it later on.

I got a C- in algebra (a honors course) and my mom told me i was a screw-up. She said that I was basically a failure in life. She out me in this class (I wasn't supposed to be in honors) and I didn't quite understand the concepts... it took me a long time to understand. My mom is extremly mad and I don't know what to do but it's making me very upset.

Just explain to her that it was a very challenging class & you did the best you could but you couldn't understand the concepts & it took you a while to understand it. If your mom thinks you could do better then a C- then that's why she's probably extremely mad. Next time you're in a challenging class, make sure you see your teacher, ask one of your friends that knows the concepts, or someone in your family for help, then you'll get a higher grade next time. ♥ ♥

You can go swimming with a tampon because it stops your period from leaking in the water. You're suppose to wear tampons when you go swimming or if you play sports.

ok i recently started going out with this guy that i don't like, well actually I just like him as a friend. He is really funnny and sweet a bit cheesy but overall really sweet. He kissed me the other day and one of my friends saw, she thinks it's kinda cruel for me to be going out with him if I don't like him and also cause two of my other friends liked him and one still kina does. What do you think I should do? I don't want to upset him because he is a really great friend and an even better boyfriend

Break it off with him. If you only like him as a friend then you could really hurt him if you break up with him later on in the relationship. Tell him that you're doing it because you like him more as a friend, you don't want to ruin your friendship, && it's unfair that you're going out with him when you only like him as a friend. You could also tell him that one of your friends likes him. If you're going to break up with him, don't do it online or on the phone. Tell him face to face because that's the best way && you both can talk the whole thing out. Make sure nobody's around if you do it, you could embarass him.

I don't think it matters if you're friends at first or not. Sometimes it's better to be friends at first because you both know stuff about each other. I've only known my boyfriend for 2 days before he asked me out && now I've been with him for a year. So, it really doesn't matter. It just depends on who the person is. If your ex still talks to you, tries to be friends with you, && flirts with you, then there's a chance that he'll ask you back out. I hope everything works out for you, good luck.

No, I don't think it's weird. It doesn't make you look desperate either, it's only a 2 year age differance. A lot of couples in high school date someone that's a few years younger then them && no one makes fun of them. If you both like each other then nothing should hold you back. Don't listen to what other people have to say, it's your life, not theirs.

What are some free programs you can download music on? I had bearshare, but it put spyware on my computer. I also tried limewire but you have to have java for it to work, and when I tried to download java it said there was a problem. I used to know a lot of programs, but I forgot them. Thanks!

Whatever you do, don't download Kazaa. It sends you so many viruses, it's crazy. Shareaza is a free downloading program for music && it doesn't send any viruses at all && it also doesn't take up a lot of space on your computer.

my hair is originally light brown with a few natural highlights- im wanting to go blonde- and i have been for a long time. the only thing is- i dont know if i can rust myself to do it- to get like, my whole head done. another thing- i KNOW i couldnt trust someone else to do it for me- so id rather do it on my own. i dont want to spend too much on the dye- and walmart sells the revlon colorsilk dyes for 3 dollars a box. anyone know if thats a good brand? and will dying my hair lighter make it come out some funky color or what? any help would be grand!

I would use Revolon because it is a pretty good brand. I've never used it before but my friends that use Revlon on their hair said it turns out good && it does. Their hair looks like the picture on the box. Your hair won't turn out a funky color because my friends that used it never had a weird hair color.

Tell him how you really feel about him && that you'd never leave him because you love him && only him. Hey today I asked my husband to fix me 2 pop-tarts you'd think all the work involved was poppin em' in the toaster but no he puts butter on the back of them. Have yall ever heard of this? 5's for all thoughts.

OK let me just say I am the type of person who can settle arguements easily and I can cooperate and really liten to my partner so dont think I am selfish. But lately we have been fighting about everything. And he likes to just ignore it and talk lets say the next morning or w/e. The problem is that I cannot sleep until I fix the problem. Today he said something that really hurt my feelings and i am sick of solving problems and him not giving a shyt. I love him to death but think i should dump him.

If he keeps hurting you & doesn't listen to what you have to say & not even try & make things better for your relationship than I think you should dump him. If you keep trying to fix your problems & he doesn't care then there's no point to stay with him if all he's gonna do is hurt you.

What are good ways (natural, not products) for my hair to be smooth and healthy? Please suggests things/food that actually works..
I have long thick brown hair that is kind of curly/wavy and it tends to frizz some. My scalp can get greasy but the hair gets a little dry.. I just want some remedies for it to be more nourished and silky. Thanks a lot in advance

I don't have curly // wavy hair but I do have thick hair & I usually use the conditioner Garnier Fructise. They have lots of different kinds of conditioners I'm pretty sure that there's one for curly //wavy // frizzy hair.
