Hi =)
What are good ways (natural, not products) for my hair to be smooth and healthy? Please suggests things/food that actually works..
I have long thick brown hair that is kind of curly/wavy and it tends to frizz some. My scalp can get greasy but the hair gets a little dry.. I just want some remedies for it to be more nourished and silky. Thanks a lot in advance

I love my curls and this remidy really helps me out! try appling raw egg mixed with some milk and honey (yep honey but don't worry it doesn't stick when your hair is wet)and leave for a couple of minutes be sure you only rinse out with cold/ very mild water unless you want to be picking scrambled egg out of your hair for weeks.
additionally you could apply vinigar and a little extra virgin live oil or palm oil for extra shine and suppleness.leave for a few minutes but remember to follow with a good rinse to get the smell of vinigar out. (follow this with your regular conditionar if needed)

In a small bowl, mash and combine:
1 avocado (1/2 for shorter hair)
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Apply to hair and allow to remain 30 minutes or longer, then shampoo and condition as usual.
Or you can try this even though I've never tried it:
Separate the white of an egg from the yolk, whip it to a peak. Add 1 Tbls. water to the yolk and blend until the mixture is creamy. Then mix the white and yolk together. Wet your hair with warm water, remove the excess moisture, and apply the mixture to your scalp with your fingertips. Massage gently until the froth is worked into your scalp, then rinse the hair with cool water. Keep applying the mixture until it is used up and then rinsed until all of the egg is washed away. Slowly pour olive oil in there until it has the consistency of mayonaise. Then put it in your hair and leave it for about 15 minutes. Wash and rinse and your hair will feel fantastic. If you want to make real mayonaise, 1 egg, 1 tsp powdered mustard and 1/8 to 1/4 cup lemon. first put the egg in the blender and slowly add olive oil until it thickens to mayo consistancey, then slowly add the other ingredients one at a time. It's great too. Another hair treatment is to buy raw coconut butter. You can usually find that at any health food store. Saturate your hair w/it and leave it in for 15/20 minutes. Wash it all out and your hair agian will fee fantastic. I hope these suggestions help, I know they work well for me. Good luck!

It's called Garnier Fructisce Deep Conditioner. You leave it in your hair for 4 minutes and then rinse. You can already tell the difference after you rinse it all out. When i straighten my hair, i use BioSilk Silk Therapy Smoothing Solution. It makes your hair not frizzy
For shampoo and conditioner, i suggest using Herbal Essences "none of your frizzness" Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner. [comes in orange bottle. it smells really good too haha]
I also use Bedhead Health Goddess [its a vitamin booster for your hair, makes it more healthy]
