Is it normal for a girl who doesn't have her period, but a stomach that hurts for almost no reason? I been doing sit-ups flat on my back and now whenever I stretch my stomach hurts. Its not like I'm hungry, its more like the skin that hurts. Is it normal?

Yea it is normal. It's from doing so many situps.

OK to some of you this might not seem like a big deal..but me and my dad are dedicated to softball. Well..aside from JV softball..little league is the place where all of us can have lots of fun. My dad and my friends dad coach together. My dad was even on the little league board. (he recently left but will be returning.)
Well the problem is he told the president of the board to "fuck off" He wasnt totally wrong..but he def wasnt right for what my dad said. Now..i just found out the president of the board..my friends dad..and another lady is coaching! They totally left out my dad. EVERYONE on the team hates the pres and they loved it when my dad and my friends dad were coaches. What should I do? i dont want to go down without a fight. Should i make a petition..go to one of their meetings..any suggestions?Ty and i'll rate 5's

I dont think theres a lot for you to do without help. Deffinitly start a petition and sit in on a meeting. Maybe your dad can create his own team or can even help out with his friends team. Good Luck!!!

ok i wrote like last month about this boy who called me fat and said he hated me and everything... but he IMed the other day and he said sorry and that he would never do it again and i dont know what i should do because i really like him but i dont wanna get hurt again. i told him i would think about forgiving him but i seriously dont know what to do... help! i rate good! *unless its a stupid answer*

Sometimes guys say mean things to girls because they like them or there just a holes and say stupid stuff to people. Do you like him like as a friend or more? Why would you like a guy that called you fat even if he did aplogize. But, you can like him if you want. Talk to him and tell him that it did hurt you when he called you that and if he has any simpathy he'll apologize again.Its up to you wether to take his apology. Good Luck.

Me & my boyfriend have been going out for 4 beautiful months. Neither of us have ever kissed anyone before, not even each other. We're both too scared to make the move but I really want to kiss him. I'm really shy so how do I let him know I want to without seeming too obvious. I don't want to make a fool of myself. Please give me some advice on how to overcome that fear.

I think your boyfriend would be happy if you kissed him. He'd be haveing his first kiss im guessing with the girl he likes a lot since its been 4 months. Tell him that you want to kiss him, i dont think he'd have a problem with it. Good Luck!

OK i have to do a health poster about how smoking,drugs,drinking, is bad for you. Its countywide and there are 5 grand prizes of $200 and other prizes of $100,$75, and $50. I reeally wanna win ! Any ideas of what i could do? I think the same old picture of someone smoking and the other person sayingg "its bad for you" is getting kind of old. Any new and creative ideas out there? Hey, ok so take a piece of paper and put it horizontally. On the top have a picture of like a person in an office with asuit on and it says side affects of not smokeing etc. And on the bottom part of the paper draw a person wearing like really ugly clothes and like underneath a black cloud with rain comeing down and write the sideaffects of smokeing.

They were young but i mean if you think about back in the old days people got married when they were young. Nowadays it would be a big deal, but like if you have a good job, a place to live in and can support yourself i think that its fine to get married at the age of 19. Obvioussly nowadays at the age of like 16 you really cant like have a good job and everything because its not the same as back then. IM me and we can talk about it more .

okay so was goin out wit this really cool guy and i loved to b with him we always had fun. well i just found out that he broke up with me a few days ago because he liked another gurl and he was waiting for her to like him back! and now i feel really used! and i was soo mad! i really wanna talk to him and tell him how i feel. and i wanna get over him soo bad! and i thought that i did! but then i looked in his profile and all and its all about this other gurl and how hes crazy about her! how can i get over this guy? and how can i talk to him about it w/o lookin desperate.. or looking like i want him back? Deffinitly talk to him about it. He should not have done that and should have cared about your feelings even if you two broke up. Just tell him that its lame that he would do that and that you can find someone better then him.

Is a teacher allowed to bring down your grade because you forgot a book or a packet that you need for that class?

Yes they can but it shouldnt bring your grade down like 4 grades. Haveing a notebook packet good be a percent of the yearly grade.

is it better to do crunches all at the same time, but like do 20 crunches then do 20 crunches and so on.. or do it throughout the day? i do my crunches at the same time and do about 60 crunches, but i rest in between about a minute

Its good how your doing your crunches. If you want to do a lot in a day other then u do the 60 then wiat until later to do more.

Write it on your hand with a pen. Put it in your pocket so that if yo uput ur hands in your pocket the paper will be there. Hold onto your paper on your way home so you have it right in your hand. Good Luck.

I just had a really quick question. My boyfriend and I have done some.. hmm "stuff" and I was wondering- what kind of "stuff" is okay to do at 14? ( we haven't had sex ) - and I don't want answers like "do what you're confortable with," because I was very comfortable with what I did, I just want to know if it was right for what age I am.

Dont have sex. Wait until your much older. I would have to say, the farthest a 14 yr old should go with a guy is makeing out. Haveing sex with a guy that you'll probably not even be dateing for a while would be stupid because you wouldnt want to have sex so young Good Luck.

Sometimes girls like to compare themselves to other girls by looking at them and stuff. But, i dunno about you looking at girl picturees online... look online on how to tell if your Bi or not.

my cousin who is like one of my best friends is a little theift...she steals from my sister and me all the time she got caught stealing from walmart...well this girl(we'll call her bob) bob thought my cousin was her friend...but that night my cousin was at her cousins b'day and she took bobs cell phone and took it apart and hid it in her cousins bathroom...she told me and i thoguht how could she do something like that! so like to weeks later, last night i was on the internet and so was bob...and if ur cell was stolen and taken apart wouldnt you like to no where it is... well i told bob where it was and bob told my cousins cousin who told my cousins brother whose dad was looking at my cuzs bros ims and saw what it said and so now my cousin is pissed at me...should i say sorry for doing the right thing!!!plzz help me

You absolutely should NOT apologize. It is wrong what your cousin did. You need to like get her help so that she stops stealing. Dont go with her to ne store cuz if she steals something she could blame it on you.

Alright, I moved to this town 3 years ago.. and before i moved her. My bestfriend had just broken up with her bf [Ian] of 4 years, and the next day he started going out with her cousin for 2. I secretly liked him but kept in a secret because i didnt wanna ruin there relationship, but the summer before 9th grade they broke up. I KNEW THIS WAS MY CHANCE. So we started talking alot more, and i slept over his house.. like twice. & we started going to party's together, and basketball games. We were in love & everything was great, untill about 6 months had gone by and i felt like we were never going to go out. so i started talking to a new boy, we went out for like a month and broke up because he told everyone i was just a booty call. But now me and Ian are talking again, and hes all ive been thinking of and im just scared to get back into the relationship with him, But i cant stay away from him at the same time. I dont know if i should give up... Or try one more time

Deffinitly go for it! I mean, you might wanna talk to your friend because she might get mad that you want to go out with him but i thnk vthat if he likes u and ulike him and you have a connection then go for it. it feels like all of my friends are getting new friends and that im "out of the loop" like me and this 1 girl used to be really close and now she has new friends i mean we still hang out but not like we used to. this is making me reLLY DEPRESSED what should i do???

I went through the same thing. You will loose a lot of friends and make new friends in life. Find someone knew to hang out with and dont say your unloved cuz your probably not and you probably have a bunch of friends!

hey im 15 f, are most teenage girls out there depressed? is it just a faze we go through or is it just certain individuals that are insane.. its not like i have had a hard life but i am always sad and pessimistic about everything. i feel like i dont deserve anything and no one likes me. i have been diagnosed with 'anorexia' i think they are wrong tho, i am a heavy drinker and i smoke pot often, and people are starting to notice the scars on my arms and wrists from cutting.. i put on a front when i with people but when i am by myself all i can think about is death.. i dont know why i am like this i dont have a reason to be, i was just wondering does anyone else feel this way!?

I do feel that way sometimes except i dont drink, smoke pot, cut, or have anorexia. There are a lot of people who suffer from depression but depression doesnt make you smoke pot or drink, those are your decisions that you make. Smokeing and drinking wont solve yoru depression so you might wnat to quit. Talk to a counselor in your school about this and i'm sure she'll be able to help. I heard of someone who suffers from depression and the person has to take medicine to make them calmer. Good Luck.

my mom said she would buy me birth control pills and to just tell her if me and my boyfriend are gonna ahve sex because she knows him and she likes him and weve been together for a while...were thinkin about it but i just wanted to know how effective against pregnancy is a birth control pill?? is it safe to use a condom AND birth control at the same time? and should i just tell my mom or just do it behind her back because i heard you have to go to the doctor to get the pills...thats embarassing

There is a precent that you can get pregnant while on birth control pills. Yea its safe to use a condom and be on the pills at the same time. You should let your mom know because it wold have to do with you and your bf being careful and so that she can fill you in on how to be " protected". Dont be afraid to go to the doctor cuz its good for teens to be worried about not becoming pregnant.
