its would be better if you do them all at once.....but you could also do 60 all at once and then through out the day do 20 then 20 then 20 or just do 2 sets of 60...or something like that....it couldnt hurt...only help

do some in the morning, and then some in the evening. that way you aren't overworking your body and it has time to adjust.

Actually it doesn't make a difference (or so I heard). It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. But for the most part it doesn't matter. I hope I helped! ♥ good luck

Hey !!

My moms trainer always told her to 25 rest for like 2 min. and start another 25 and do 3 sets of them. It depends how strong you are. If you are a beginer then you do 3 sets of 12 intermadiate 3 sets of 25 and advanced is 3 sets of 50. Its better to put time between them because if gives you a chance to rest. Remember, when you are doing crunches keep your abs always tight!!
Hope I helped :)

yes it is better to do crunches at the same time because it builds up your stomache muscles better...when you do many crunches in a row you get a burning feeling in your stomache, that is the muscles building, but when you only do like 10 crunches and then wait an hour and do 10 crunches and so on you dont get that burning so doing them throughout the day does not help too much...the way you do them, 60 at a time and rest every minute, is a very good way because you need to pace yourself...i am a dancer so we do them in class all the time and we do them in large amounts then rest...hope i helped <33 ~danni

It's alright to do crunches that way but you should do them once in the morning and once before you go to bed because I've found that to be much better and it helps. You can stay, doing crunches at the same time because there's nothing wrong with that but you can change the way you do them.
