well here is what i would do don't get pysical with her like start hitting her or doing stuff like that i would get your parents involved or tell her parents about it if she liked you as a true friend she wouldn't be saying those mean things about you she would be by your side and have your back. sunshine

I have an oral presentation to give on monday (it's powerpoint) and i'm terrified... like this is one of my biggest fears ever. Whenever i go to give a speech or something my voice starts really quivering and shaking and it sounds like i'm crying. Is there any way to stop this from happening? also... any other advice on giving speeches would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

your not the only one this problem happens to with me to expect i start to sweat and i can't breath and my voice sounds werid and i flip out lol well enough about that what i would do is just pretend that they aren't even there or if that doesn't work just pretend like you are reading to yourself picture everybody elese in there underwear that should work. sunshine

I have a rat and my brother gave me another one and put them in the same cage and they started fighting and one of them has cuts under his chin so I was wondering if I should just let them heal or do something about it.Thanks

well go to the vet just to make sure that your rats chin is ok and i would get different cages like put them away from each other like on different sides of the room separate them you don't want them fighting each other again do you oh yeah gwt the water thing they drink out of and the food bowl don't forget to add the food for the other rat sunshine

my room is really lame and i hate having friends in it because its not cool. i have basic furniture, tv, computer, but its so boring to be in. any ideas? help!!!

here's the 411 well what i would do is get your parents to paint your room if it isn't already painted or cut designs out that you like and paste them on your walls that way your room would look some what cool or get magazines and cut pictures out from there and post them on your walls maybe organize the furniture in your room design your room the way you feel the way your personality is. hope i helped sunshine

Im a 15 male.. and im gothic, is it wierd that i wear black nailpolish? give me some details and convince me if it is..

well no because sometimes punk people and gothic people do wear black nail polish on their finger nails but i must worn you that black nail polish is really hard to get off and it will probably take you hours to get off maybe even days it is normal i'm not kidding so many people at my school have black nail polish on their fingers trust me it's not weird.

My mom and I got into a fight last night because i was sick and she didnt want to take me to the doctor. my friend is having a party tomorrow night and i really want to go but my mom says im grounded just because i confronted her with the fact that she is the ONLY one allowed to be sick! He is my next door neighbor and i think i should go anyways! She cant show her butt or we will get kicked out and if she tries to hit me she knows i will call the cops because i have before. Its not fair that because she was in the wrong I cant go. What do you think? I need advice, do i go or not?

well i think you shouldn't go because you would be going aganist your mothers wishes if she told you that you are grounded then you are grounded plus it is only for one night how bad can it be you will find something to do that will take your mind off the party and that something will be fun. sunshine

my mom is sick with breast cancer and bone cancer and 3 brain tumors.....i kno thats bad but shes in remission now and doing really well...but for some reason no matta how much i spend time with her she keeps telling me to stay with her.....no i can see when she was really sick and wantin to spend time wit me but she betta now....and this is cutting into my skool work and social life...i told her i cant spend every second wit her but the she told me that i dont respect her and that i hurt her feelings....now everytime i go to my friends house i feel bad....what do i do to tell her i need my space (i've tried sendin her flowers,and cards)--(doesnt work) help me out !PLEASE!

well spend as much time as you can with her because if something does happen to her then you will regret it and then feel really bad about it and then the thought will haunt you probably for the rest of your life i mean you can't blame your mom for wanting to spend some quality time with you if you soemtimes don't spend time with her maybe she needs someone to talk to o yea... you shouldn't tell her anything about having your own space maybe she needs you right now. sunshine

I have this guy friend that i have liked more than a friend for a while. I thought he kept dropping hints such as putting his hand around my waist, talking to me alot and gointo the movies. But when I asked him to go to homecoming with me he said i dont know. he still talks to me in the hall after that but it took a while. Should I keep flirting with him or just leave us as good friends?

Whenever I almost do anything like play tennis, volleyball, cheerleading, piano, etc, I always get nervous, but only when people are watching me. I always play bad at tennis when this one boy is there, but when he's not, I do fine. I know, I know, just block it out. But I try just to focus on what's going on on my court, but it's so hard. Anyone have any tips?

don't feel bad i have the same problem i would just try to focus on what you am doing because if you go wandering off into another world you will mess up the thing you have already started and that could cause problems and that is bad pretend like that person isn't even there or even the people. sunshine

im going up to New York for christmas and new years eve. Me and my friend want to do something awesome for new years eve because its the first year that were able to actually hang out with friends on new years eve, but then thing is we dont know what we want to do.. or what to do lol. what my question is, is does anyone have any ideas on what i can do for new years eve? thanks

first thing is first there is alot of things to do in newyork it will always keep you busy and on your feet you and your friend will find things to do there is alot of shopping and well it is just a exciting place to be in do whatever you want keep yourself busy hope i helped.

well i would get your parents involved if they don't already know about it or i would sit your brother down and tell him i don't like how you are hitting me all the time it hurts when you hit me i mean come on there has to be a reason why he is hitting you all the time there is a reason for everything or ask him is there a reason why you hit me well hope i helped :)

well you could ask your parents for money or if you have an older brother or sister or you could ask them try making the money some other way i'm sure your parents will agree to give you money if you tell them what it is for ask them in a nice way you don't want to get them mad you could try fundrasing that always helps and also if you babysit that will earn you money 2. hope i helped :)

well what i think boys look for in girls is for the girls to be themselves and yea some boys may like when girls put makeup on and get all fancy but i don't think that is what boys look for in girls show your true self and i don't mean the girl with the makeup on. lol hope i helped :)

well just sit them down and say mom dad i have a boyfriend and i was wondering if i could ask you for your permission so i could go out with him then say your boyfriends name it is better if you ask for permission from your parents then if they find out another way and most parents get mad if you don't tell them what is going on then say to them it is ok if you say that i can't go out with him i will understand you have your reasons and i have to obey them. hope i helped :)
