Well, I see alot of people win lotterys every day are so. I want to know if I was to play everyday is there a chance of winning like the megamillions those type of things. (link)

The lottery is basically a tax on people bad at math. The chance of winning is incredibly low, but obviously not zero. To give you some crude numbers as an example, say the lottery winner gets 1000000 dollars. The chances of winning are 1/10000000000. What this means is, youd need to buy 1000000000 tickets to be guaranteed a win. At $1 a ticket, youd be losing a lot of money. Even if you wanted a reasonable 25% chance of winning, youd still need to buy too many tickets to actually earn money. If you play every day for 50 years thats 18250 tickets. Not enough to have a good chance.

Sure you do, if you do well on all the other requirements. If you have a really good entrance essay, lots of extra curicular activities, and some comunity service youll do fine. If you are part of a minority, make sure to hammer that in in your essay. Even if you are only like 1/16 something. Your personal essay really counts for a lot more than it should. I had a 3.3 gpa, a 1340/1600 on my SATs, and a bad SAT II score, but a good entrance essay, and I got into UCSD. If you are a senior, and have already applied, its too late to change anything, just sit back and hope. If you are a junior, join a bunch of clubs next year, and make sure you have a good essay. Some colleges have early acceptance, but youd only want to apply to one for that, since its sort of a commitment, but you are more likely to get accepted if you do it, so just do it for your top choice.

basically, once a guy is in the general area, as long as it doesnt have razor sharp teeth, he isnt gonna care. there does tend to be some preference for shaved, or at least trimmed, but really, just keep it whatever way you are most comfortable with.

Actually, they are both wrong. If you block someone, and they try to message you, itll look like it went through perfectly. However, if that person looks at their sent messages folder, it wont be there. Also, if you have your profile set to private, and so that people only on your friends list can comunicate with you, if someone not on yourfriends list tries to message you, itll say they cant, however, if you block someone, and they try to message you, it will go to the regular send message screen, however just like above, it wont actually send.

Is playing a video game for a few hours bad for your eyesight? Or watching television for a few hours or playing on the computer? I think it is but how much damage does it do to your eye?

My vision has gone down quite a bit since i spend so much time on the computer, the basic rule to protect your eyesight is the 20/20/20 rule. for every 20 minutes on the computer, focus on something at least 20 feet away, for at least 20 seconds.

I took the morning after pill right a couple hours after having sex but I am suppossed to get my persiod in two weeks so I am afraid I could get pregnant I really can not afford to get pregant at such a young age. I am praying that I am not pregnant cause my family will not be happy. do you have any advise. When is to soon to take the pregnancy test I really want to know if I am pregnant or not. The morning after pill is extremely effective, especially since you took it so soon after having sex. You most likely dont have anything to worry about. The problem is though, it kinda throws your hormones out of whack. You period could come sooner or later than it usually would, and I don't know how accurate a pregnancy test would be.

okay, i really didn't know what column this belonged in.
ok. i have a motorola razr v3 from verizon. theres an automatic picture with the rest of them that's called "Shine", and when you view it, it's these's balls of light moving up and down. i set it as my screensaver, but the screensaver never shows up! I left my phone open for a few minutes but the screen just turned dark because it was untouched. how do i make the screensaver show up? (oh, and, i set the screensaver setting to 'no delay', w/e that means.)

i dont know what no delay means either, but if you set it to a certain time, say 1 minute, then it should show up after one minute of you not pushing any buttons,you then need to go to "initial setup" and set the display timeout to either off(which i dont recomend since it will drain your battery pretty quickly) or just something longer than your screen saver timeout, for example 2 minutes. those are the setting i have on my motorola (though it isnt a razr) and it works perfectly.

Graduation from what? College? Yes you should. High school? iffy, but I wouldn't want to advise you to do anything illegal. Junior High? definitely not. But thats generic age based advice. Don't do anything you aren't comfortable with, no matter how old you are.

Well what the guys are doing is a little thing called sexual harassment, something you can get them into a lot of trouble for if you so choose, but you should probably start by telling them to stop, and if that doesn't work, try a good slap to the face. its not a good standard to idealize. i mean, victorias secret has travelled the entire world many time over, and have only managed to find, what, 20 women who look like that? real girls dont. real women have curves. if you wana lose a few pounds just basic diet and excersize, but dont starve yourself trying to attain the unreal.

your poke button is not gone, it was never there, thats explained on the application page. as for it not being there, i dont know, mines there, you should look at the settings for it, maybe you changed them. also, it might be hidden somwhere, its pretty small, and if you have a lot of applications, it might be tough to see. you should be able to see "action me" under your picture though. if not, uninstall it and reinstall.
