Is playing a video game for a few hours bad for your eyesight? Or watching television for a few hours or playing on the computer? I think it is but how much damage does it do to your eye?
russianspy1234 answered Wednesday June 13 2007, 11:00 pm: My vision has gone down quite a bit since i spend so much time on the computer, the basic rule to protect your eyesight is the 20/20/20 rule. for every 20 minutes on the computer, focus on something at least 20 feet away, for at least 20 seconds. Spending a few hours playing a video game won't have any long term effects. But if you spend hours playing video games every single day, then yeah, maybe. [ beckyboo's advice column | Ask beckyboo A Question ]
