my mom said (lol) to count 28 days from the day you start,always keep pads w/ u when it gets close to "that time of the month" like the other person said,nothing is worse then being stuck w/out pads during ur period.

it could be because of that, usually periods are irregular for the first 1 or 2 years, you will probably get it again next month,or it might even be tomorrow,there is really no way to tell. but mostlikely,it will come next month.

they are pretty much the same,the only difference is the size of the tampon,but the brands are pretty much the same,except that tampax pearl has like extra stuff, like what they say on tv.

yes its normal,for the first like year or so it will be weird (e.g.-REALLY heavy one time, and the next REALLY light) enjoy,it while it is light,it is HORRIBLE when its heavy lol, hope i helped :D

this morning i got my period. for the first time ever. i noticed i was bleeding in the shower, and then i put a tampon in and only two hours later it was completely covered in blood. but the second tampon had only a tiny bit, and i kept it in there for 4 hours. now its 9 and i did not get any blood. is this normal period behavior? are they usually heavy in the morning, or are they supposed to be even throughout the day? yes,its normal,usually more comes out in the morning,it won't be even throughout the day, it will be dif. the whole day.usually,right after alot comes out, it will slow down for a while, which is why ur second tampon only had a litl bit of blood.

14/f 152 pounds.
this past week iv been going to the gym everyday and dieting. i really want to lose up to 10 or more pounds by april 17, im going to florida and i want to look good in a bathin suit. Eveyone tells me im not fat at all and i dont need to go on a diet, even my mom has been telling me that. I think im pretty advage and i know im not REALLY fat but i do have some fat on me. Im very athletic, i play soccer and basketball and i guess im a little muscular thats why i weight a lot (muscle weights more than fat), im in pretty good shape but i have some fat on me that i want to get rid of by the middle of april. What are some excersices that i could to to work my stomich and possible get abs? or just lose my fat. (link)

What i would probably say is, you could do more sit ups then anything else to work on your ABs directly, or you could use training videos, and if everybody says you look fine then dont worry, dont worry about what people feel about you, as long as you feel fine yourself. And a little bit of fat isnt noticable, and if muscles weigh more than fat, and you weigh more, well nobody can guess your weight by looking at you, and f u say your in good shape, well, dont worry. your only 14 and you have about a month to exercise...=) i hope i helped you

im 13/f,me & my boyfriend hav e been going out since sept 21 '06. It was all cool until like December when we started get fights. My friends and him don't get a long, my best friend and him hate each other!! they've tried to make it work for me but they ended up fighting again. They both said they wouldnt try to fix their problem its just not going to work, well everyone wants time with me and stuff. But im always busy with school,and my boyfriend (his name is going to be Bob)... Well im almost with Bob,and want more time with my friends, but then when i go hang with my friends me & bob end up fighting or me and my friend start fighting because of Bob.
Now Bob says im treating him badly or Whatever.
What do I do to fix my relationship with Bob & my friends??

What I think is, a true friend wouldnt mind about you going out with "bob" but your friends are very important too. Wow this is tricky. Um, i would probably sit all of us down and talk about why they hate eachother. Or, you can talk to "bob" and try to explain to him your friends mean alot to you too. and same with your friends but explaining how bob means alot to you. If it doesnt work out, im very sorry, but you could also try talking to one of your parents or a guidance consuler or hey, and friend that isnt in this problem.

I have come to the point where I cant write, concentrate, derive pleasure from anything, have difficulty remembering things, have blurred vision, eyes seriously hurt, sometimes have severe headaches, most of the time dont know what I am talking especially with my elder brother. I have nt got father and mother I live my elder brother and his wife since 6 years. I am 26/M an MBA had a successful career but now since six months things have been deteriorating. Well, what i would have to say is it would be a bad idea. Think about all the people you love and how it will effect them if you were to do that. Maybe you shuld talk to some1 close to you about what is goin on, or go to guidance,But killing yourself wont solve anything, if u deal with more, your eye will open and dont let every u love be depressed.

Okay while replacing a piston that i had burned while wheeling in my 72 Datsun pickup I accidently spun the crankshaft seperately from the cam shaft. What is the easiest way to reset the timing on the motor and then realign the distributor? (link)

well your best bet would be fist find out your firing order, then the degrees at which each piston is to hit top dead center, or the point at which the sparkplug fires and the fuel air mixture is ignited. the problem i'm gathering here is you're either having a misfire due to the new piston not being setup properly with the crank and things are prolly off by just a bit. what you should do is get a friend and remove the valve covers.(unhook the distributor plugs as well...we don't need combustion, just a little turning) then have your friend go in and just slightly crank the engine and you keep an eye on that misfiring piston and it's valves. then wait til you hear that knock of the side of the cam hitting the valve's closed prematurely.
now there's a special tool you use in this situation it looks like a pocket knife and has many little metal strips each of differing thicknesses. your job here is to figure out the proper thickness from the cam and the valve. the distance at which things run at optimum efficiency and at which this cylinder's valve should be. and place one of the metal strips in place (one that's thinner than the actual width) and pull it out after you get the knock. then do it again with a thicker one, and again with thicker ones until you reach the thickness required. this will have adjusted your engine's timing to the proper spot but you still need to adjust the distributor cap.
figure out what your cap should be set at (if you have a repair manual for your truck it should tell you in there) and figure out how it should be turned, clockwise or counter. then turn it to the proper position, line up the coils onto the distributor in the proper spots and begin cranking it, once you have it lined up right to your engine's proper firing order the distribution problem should be solved. as for the timing the knock method i just told you of works great on overhead cam engines, and i know that old datsun engine is OHC, so you should be fine. if not lemme know and i'll try and help out.

im 16 female turning 17 in 3 months and im 5'6 1/2 and i was not suppose to get up to being that tall my doctor told me that i was most likely going to stop growing when i reach 5'4 but i havent grown since last year and iv been 5'6 1/2 since last year and people keep telling me that im going to grow even taller than i am now because im not fully grown yet but i dont really believe them and i dont want that i dont want to be all extra tall so is being 5'6 1/2 at the age of 17 tall?? 5'6-1/2" is actually normal. I'm 15 & 5 months.. and I'm 5'3" & still growing. Being tall is a good thing. Short people are weird..and midgety..and..ew. Haha.

totally: its not that big of a deal bc people pee and POOP in it sometimes??? yea its crazy so a little blood wont ever hurt. but use a tampon DEFFINANTLY!!! also, dont worry about your bathing suit getting ruined because the water from the ocean will wash it away before it can dry and harden... yea sorta gross but whatev!
dont wear a pad -- itll inflate!! and wear a tampon of course!!!
