my mom said (lol) to count 28 days from the day you start,always keep pads w/ u when it gets close to "that time of the month" like the other person said,nothing is worse then being stuck w/out pads during ur period.

After you stop menstrating, your last day of menstaring expect yout next period in 24 days. Then you menstrate for 4 days. Keep a calendar and when it's close to that time always carry pads with you. Nothing worse than starting your period and not having panty liners on you. Sometimes a period could happen earlier or later than expected. The only way to regulate your cycle and know exactly when it will happen is with birth control pills.
