mitzi answered Monday March 5 2007, 9:39 pm: After you stop menstrating, your last day of menstaring expect yout next period in 24 days. Then you menstrate for 4 days. Keep a calendar and when it's close to that time always carry pads with you. Nothing worse than starting your period and not having panty liners on you. Sometimes a period could happen earlier or later than expected. The only way to regulate your cycle and know exactly when it will happen is with birth control pills.
