Period.
Ok well how many days is your period supposed to last?
Cause my sister said hers lasted about 5 days.. and mine only lasts 3. She said there was somthing wrong with me....do you think its true????

usually periods last for 3-8 days. ur so lucky,mine lasts 7 :(

Hey. It really depends on when you got your period. If you just got it within the last 2 years or so your period will be irregular. When you're in your early teens then it usually is this way. Once you reach about 16, the latest 17 it should be full fledged. I'm only 14, turning 15 in 7 days and mine lasts about a week, but it's irregular in the sense it doesn't come every 28 days. Sometimes it takes a lot longer. When we were learning about this in Biology my teacher said it's normal for young teens to not get their period regularly. If you are older though, you might want to get this checked with your doctor just to be safe but I'm sure it's fine. Even if you are young though maybe you can have a family member call the doctor just to ask about it but don't worry nothings wrong with you and I'm sure it will all work out fine =). well the first 1-2 years your period is irregular and it will change from month to month on how long it lasts. But periods can last up to 2-8 days.

Yes! Your period can last anywhere from 2 - 7 days. It just depends on your body. EVERY GIRL IS DIFFERENT. If it worries you, talk to your mom (assuming you live with her) or a close female family member. They'll know more about it

thats stupid. periods can last anywhere from 3-7 days normally. Mine tends to be longer... I had one that was two weeks. But yeah, 3 days is perfectly normal. Tell her she's wrong.

a normal period lasts about a week. if you havnt been started for too long then your periods will be irregular like that for a while until your body gets on its own schedule. i think you will be just fine.

if you first got it in the past year - its probally just irregular.
everyones different, but if your still having concerns talk to your mom and go to a doctor.
