Is there anything I can buy at walmart to soothe my throat? I've heard of something called throat coat but I cant ever find it. I ask because I am an aspiring vocalist and my acid reflux has taken a toll on my throat this week and I need a fix so I can get back to singing with my school choir. Is there any throat spray that I can get at a department store that does what I need? (link)

Well, right now i have a very bad sore throat too and it caused me to lose myvoice. I reccomend Chloroseptic Strips it really helps alot!! You can find t anywhere, wal-mart, Weis, and other places. They are also very cheap! Hope i helped!!

My sister and her friend (they're 14 years old in middle school) asked me if they could go to a friend's house at 11:00 tonight. I asked them about it, and they said that they would go to a guy's house who's also 14. He lives about a 10 minute walk away from our house. They don't want me to tell our mom.
Basically, I said no. My sister and her friend told me that the guy's parents don't know about it and that they would WALK there. I explained that 2 girls outside at 11pm is very dangerous. So they asked if I could drive them (I'm 16). I said no to that because no parents know about it, and I just don't have a good feeling about it (I don't think they'd have sex, I just think something bad will happen, like get caught).
My sister doesn't understand because earlier this year, I came home from a party because of my 11pm curfew, but I went back to the party til 12am when I found out that my mom was asleep. I think that these are completely different situations: there were parents at the party who knew about the party, my mom was drunk that night so she wouldn't get mad, and I wouldn't be walking.
Did I do the right thing by telling my sister and her friend that they couldn't go tonight? (link)

Just take your sister where she wants to go. There is no reason for her not to have fun. There is also no reason to let her walk.

hey im 15/f and I was wondering if I should ask this guy to a dance. I talk to him during one of my classes.
The thing is, I already asked him to sadie hawkins dance and he came with me.
I dont love him but i sorta like him? I have another formal dance coming up in like 2-3 weeks. I wanna ask him again, but I dont want him thinking that I like him or Im in love with him. Cause hes probably thinking im a weird freshman.
So I dont know if I should ask him or just bring a friend. For this dance its better to bring a guy but if i have no one , i can bring a friend. i was gonna ask other freshman guyfriends but either they have a girlfriend, or someone asked him. The person Im wondering about is a sophomore.
At the previous sadie hawkins dance, he was stuck with freshmans and some sophomore from another school. If I ask him to this dance, he will most likely bestuck with freshman again, except for one of his freshman friends who do track with him. :] I mean, at least he has one friend... but maybe he wants to go with sophomores this time..
Once we get to the dance freshmans, sohpomores, juniors and seniors will be there so i guess its fine.
I just dont want him to think im in love with him if I ask him again.

Don't be ignorant! You don't need to love him. What is going through your mind? You have to love him to go to a dance? Crazy, it doesn't work like that! It's simple!!
If you like this guy, there is a chance he likes you. Ask yourself this, DO YOU LIKE THIS GUY? Be sure you do. But you don't have to be positivley sure to ask him. Ask him. You don't have to be serious with him. Let the river flow it's natural course. Ask him. If he says yes, then that's a good thing. Don't wait for him to ask you or he might be asked and you will be a lump on a log which doesn't feel that good. During thd dance, be friends and maybe if he likes you, he might not think you as a friend. It just depends.

do not, and i repeat do not put spinners on a vette. it will ruin the car, slow it down, give it worse fuel economy, and look hiddeous.
a corvette is probably the most terrible first car for a kid i've ever heard of. what the hell kind of kid needs 400 horsepower at their fingertips? honestly? why? you're an idiot if you think your parents would actually buy you that, and if they do your parents are fucking morons too. get something safe, something that costs a lot less, and something that wont cost 700 a month to insure. i honestly this question should be deleted and you shouldn't be allowed to ask any more because this is probably the most ludicrous, and wrong situation i've ever heard of in my whole time of working on and with cars. you don't need a vette, you don't, under any circumstances need that car. you don't need 400 horsepower, you don't need a car that can do 0-60 in just a little over 3 seconds. you will kill yourself and wreck the car. you will cost your parents a ton of money in insurance and car payments, and you will ruin the car with cheap gas, and stupid stupid rims.

3: your parents should know better than to spend that kind of money on you, and should know better than to spoil you like that. your parents should know when to say no to you and when to tell you no. because right now what i'm looking at is a kid who tells their parents what to do and gets away with it. when in actuality you should show some respect to your parents and understand that you don't need any of that and that you need to stop thinking in this dreamworld you're in and think sensible. because right now you're telling me that you're living in a nonexistant world that is full of excess, sin, and malevolence. when was the last time you didn't get something you want? when was the last time you were told no? prolly not in a long time. maybe that's what you need. because for people like me the real world isn't anything near where you're at, no see we work, we pay our bills, and we work towards the goals we set. and you, you need to step outside of yourself for a minute and think. then come to a much more sensible decision than a corvette with spinners.
i'm not your father, but i'm telling you no, because i know that what you're doing right now, asking for a vette, and wanting $10,000 rims on a $50,000 car is wrong. especially when you're not the one paying for it with your hard earned money. do not throw away money like that, invest it and save it wisely, frivolous spending, and childlike fantasy you're living now will lead only to failure get something more sensible, something safer, and something that will not cost an arm and a leg. i'm sorry, but you have a lot to learn and a lot to grow before you're ready for a corvette.

Well depending on if your a girl or a boy.. if your a girl... and you havent had your period yet you can run up to him yelling omg dad i got my period, or if your a guy you can just bring up all these things about how your "gay" im not sure because unfortunatly im not that good at pranking..but a very good prank would be saying your flunking an important subject like math or science haha.. Well, if you have pictures with that hairstyle you should look at them to see if you liked it or not. I dont know what you look like but you probably will look pretty because girls with long hair look great in layers (no offense to anybody). Do what you want and if it doesnt look good, well, think about it, it will grow out and turn back to normal! And i dont think it would look weird with long hair, look on the internet and look at pictures many girls have long hair with layers. Keep your head up!!

oka were should i begin well lets see there this boy that i liked and im in 7 grade and he in 8 and i told all my friends that i liked him oka, anywayz i found out that he like my friend and he ask her out but a course she said no which i waz happy about.Now that was like about a while bakc now im in 8 grade and i still like that same boy and my freinds kept telling me i should make a move so i did i wrote him a note saying how i feel so i gave the note to my friend to give it to him. like a few min laters my friend told what he said, and he dont feel the sane way about me and i was soooo sad, but thats not the worst of it. a couple of months later i found out he have a gf and i was shocked. Then a couple months later i found out that they broke up now he is single and i still like him alot but the problem is i wanna give it another shot but im afraid what he might say. my friends says that i should get over him but i cant do that im like crazy over him and every time i see him in the hallways my whole body just heat up. So now i dont know what to do should i go for it or just forget about it and move on.

yes,you should wear a tampon,if you don't,you might leak in the pool and that would b embarrassing....your stomach hurts from cramps,usually ppl get cramps during or right before their period.

for your height,90 pounds is under weight, gain about 10 pounds.....but you are so lucky,i weighed 90 pounds in 4th grade, i was a fat litl kid......but its easy to gain weight,not that easy to lose it,so basicly,just gain about 10 pounds.
