how do you tell if your bra is too small?
like if it rides up when you lift your arms does that meen its too small or too big?

Well, when it rides up and your breast feel like thier being sqeezed then its probably too small, but if it goes up and it feels kinda loose then its probably to big. When you go and buy bras you should ask the clerk if they could measure you to find the right size! I hop i helped!

I'm not exactly sexually active but I want to be. I have a boyfriend and I'm hoping I will experience things soon. I haven't done anything with a guy besides make-out and such.

it might not hurt at all, it might hurt like a bitch. the fact is it's different for everyone. you just hear more about it hurting for people's first times because it's more talked about than it not hurting at all.
what else can you use? toothbrush handle, hairbrush handle, pen, barbie doll legs, turkey baster, i've heard stories of all sorts of things used and each one makes sense. essentially anything that's kinda long and kinda thick will do the job.
how wide is an actual penis. well they can differ in width from as little as an inch around to five or six inches around. they can get kinda thick in some cases and it's all a matter of genetics with the guy.
and the average amount of fingers. well think of it like this. the vagina is designed to stretch wide enough to allow a baby to pass through. fingers are nothing in comparison to the size of a baby. so in actuality one could fit two whole hands up there if they wanted, or other things just as wide if not wider. there's no set number to that question, i guess enough until it doesn't feel good anymore.

Um, im really sorry that i cant see your picture but, i bet your pretty in real life and if you want criticism um, maybe you shouldnt put your myspace on private sometimes ( but i do suggest you do). I hate to say this but, that would be strep. I really reccomend you go to the doctor to get medication. I had it last year, but you only take a small bit of the medicine each day and it only will last up to prbably a week. I hope you feel better, and i hope i helped!

I think i am fat.
Im 15. 119 pounds and i am 5'2.
i have stretch marks on my boobs.
and on my thighs.
when i wear jeans a bit bellow my hips a little fat rolls over. people say its just that my hips but i think its fat...
and my stomach is like pretty flabby.
im not like obese. but i would like to look nice for swim suit season. I need help getting thinner.
i have one problem.
its really hard for me to get physically active. theres alot of foods i cannot eat.
i recently got diagnosed with a brain disorder(nothing too serious) but im on medecine that makes eating certain healthy foods hard.
also exercising.
i am not allowed to run.
how can i get in shape with all of these things holding me back?

Well, if you cant eat all of that and you have a minor brain disorder that makes things hard, maybe you could go to a physical therepist, im pretty sure you know they are specially made for pople like you (not saying you have problems). Also, you could go to a dietrician to help you figure out what foods will help you! Hope i helped!

Usually if its a dark yellow it means your dehydrated. If its clear or a light yello then your fine. Just keep on drinking ( not wine or or liquor but you know water and juice and stuff). I hope i helped!

One of my best friends just can't seem to get a date. Because of this, he is extremely depressed...and it's been getting worse and worse. He gets frequently depressed, sometimes even if the tiniest thing happens, and as a result, he punches walls, he verbally lashes out at my boyfriend, goes into his room and listens to depressing music...and sometimes he has even talked about suicide...he even says his family has a history of this kind of thing...
My boyfriend and I have talked to him over and over and over again, but nothing seems to help...most of the time when we're talking to him, he just ignores what we're saying and gives us cynical comments. Even if what we say cheers him up, it just happens all over again within a day or two...We're running out of things to say to him.
When the talk of seeking help comes up, he just plain refuses to see a therapist...
I am in desperate need of help...Anything, please...

Well, if you think about it, i hate to throw this out and it may seem completey random but, maybe he likes you...and hes just jealous that your wth another guy and he just wants to be with you. Im not very good with suicide but one of my friends used to talk about it may times. I did a small trick saying we were going to the mall with my parents but instead we drove him to a therapist.

on my myspace you to request to be my friend you have to put in my last name .. i didnt know this at the time so i just put random letters as my last name so now no one can add me.. i still want my myspace to be privite but how do i make it so they can request to add me without having to know my last name ?

and where it says something like friend requests must know last name or email,uncheck it.....
it will still be private,but any one can send u friend requests (you don't have 2 accept them,just incase you didnt no,but i think u do)

ive been getting sick for about a week now... it was never really full blown, just seemed like i was going to end up sick soon. ive been using airborne, drinking lots of tea and orange juice, and getting lots of sleep. 2 days ago i kind of lost my voice... i don't know how because i wasnt like yelling or anything. and i still sound funny today, its been like this for 2 days now. well today i woke up and i felt the worst i have so far. i still don't feel horrible, but i have lacrosse tryouts tomorrow after school. i already have a disadvantage because i dont have great endurance due to an anemia thing i got going on. i want to make the team more than anything and im so scared that being sick is going to hold me back a lot. is there anything i can do or is it too late and now i just have to wait for the sickness to pass? also, for the past week or so i just had a little bit of a stuffy nose, and a hardly noticable sore throat. now i cant stop blowing my nose and my throat is pretty scratchy. and my voice is still really different sounding (link)

I have the same problem right now, well maybe you could by the chloroseptic strips ( i use them and thwy work great) and i lost my voice as well :/ but maybe you can ask your coach and see if you can set up a date so you can try out when your better. Hopefully the coach would understand. Hope i helped!

Yes, i can help this is for chunky salsa though, But its very delicious!
1 Serrano chile (or Jalapeno), seeds removed, chopped fine (wear gloves)
6 medium fresh tomatoes chopped into 1/4-inch chunks
1 medium red onion chopped
3 green onions sliced thin with green tops included
1/8 cup loosely-packed fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano, crushed between your palms
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can tomato sauce
1 can chopped mild green chiles
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar ( it can be optional though)
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Combine Serrano chile, tomatoes, red onion, green onions, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, tomato sauce, green chiles, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.

ok i hav 3 questions,
1. i'm doin this english project and i need to create a dual timeline. wat exactly is that? my teacher said its like a spilt timeline where on one side theres a timeline about the author's life thats being compared to the other timeline about the outside world. i don't really 100% understand that. does anyone hav an example of one? i understand things way more better when im given an example of it.
2. to me this might be a bit random but, i noticed that my computer doesnt hav one of those floppy disk slots and i was wondering if anywhere in the world if there was some sort of device that i can connect to my computer and put a floppy disk inside that device and use it on my computer. my computer is a hp pavilion and just now i noticed somthin else, since it doesnt use floppy disks does that mean it uses some sort of memory card that acts as a floppy disk? cuz i noticed these slots for memory sticks. heh i'm not really good with computers.
3. my final question is there a FREE to use computer program and that i can download for FREE so i can download songs and music videos. something like limewire but is there one where i can download music videos and drag them to itunes and that are able to be played on my ipod? i kno i hav to purchase music videos but there was this one time where i got this video from limewire and som how i got it in my ipod except the problem was no sound was played. I'm really sorry but i only know the answer to two of them. For number 2, i have the same computer as you do and mine doesnt have a floppy disk slot either. What i found out that works quite well is burning it onto a CD. For number 3, limewire is illegal, so i wouldnt reccomend using it. I use Itunes and songs are only 99 cents a piece so its not that bad really. Hoped i helped!

Me and my family make it all the time usually if you can buy fresh tomatos you can chop it up into little peices and put it into tomato paste. To add different flavors you can add basil or little pieces of hamburger and what is my favorite is adding like a pinch of garlic. I hoped i helped!

I'm having a sleepover with 3 of my close friends (all girls, 14 yrs old) and 3 of us want to pull a prank on the other girl while she's sleeping.
