I've met this really great guy. We have so much in common and we became really good friends right off the bat, and we've been partying together ever since then. I'd totally date him, but he's 4 inches shorter than me!!! Do you guys think that he's still worth my time, or just dump the idea of hooking up with a shorty? I LOVE a guy who can make me laugh. Thats number one for me. But know when to be serious. Listen to what she has to say. Ask her questions. Give her compliments, but dont give too many, its obvious. look (really look) into her eyes. DO NOT be a pervert. Sometimes a little bit is funny but mostly its just gross. be nice to her friends. Girls like to talk about just about anything. By asking her about herself, that should give you ideas for conversation topics.

there is this boy Ryan, who is my neightbor and I've know him all his life.. we've been friends since before i could talk! We've ALWAYS been best friends!! we even went out when we were 10 years old.. we tell eachother everything and we always help fix ANY problems..
well that's how things used to be. in the past few weeks he's called me a SLUT for going out with a guy i just met.. and he actually meant it.. he wasn;t kidding, usually he asks me about stuff and NEVER judges me, but this time he did! and he likes my twin sis now, which i'm perffectall y ok with because i no that we're jsut friends but she doesn't like him so.. he's been upset sometimes when she gets a new boyfriend and he used to talk to me about it but in the last few weekes he's been telling me nothing's wrong when i KNOW theres something wrong comon i m his BFF i can tell.. and he's been keeping his distance.
why would he act this way is there anything i can do to fix it? PLEASE HELP I RATE WELL!!!
Tell Him what you're telling me. Take him aside some time or go over to his house to talk. Make sure he knows its important. Tell him how much you value your friendship, and that you feel its changing and it hurts because youve been so close for so long. Just explain to him how you feel just like you did in your question. But in reality, He just might not be mature enough to deal with a female friend. Boys at that age tend to want girls for girlfriends, and nothing else. His friends may be saying something to him, or he could have heard something about you that upset him. Theres always the possibility that he Likes you more than a friend, but is embarassed, or doesnt know how to express himself. Who knows? Just talk to him. Its the only thing you can really do! good luck with it!
What is your opinion on religion? I've heard about the theory of evolution and it makes a lot of sense.
And right now the theory of god and heaven doesn't seem real. There's no proof.

In my mind, theres no doubt about it, Creation is real and evolution is wrong. There really is no proof of evolution either. But there is no explaination of how God got there. He just always was. But Creation says that God made up the earth in seven days, and he reached down, made adam out of earth, and blew breath into him. Sounds crazy, right? You're right, it is crazy. Thats where faith comes in. you just have to trust that the lord is real, and he will take care of you. It really doesnt matter if you believe or not. If you go through your life believing that God is not real, it doesnt change the fact that there is a God, a heaven, and a hell, and those who do not believe, will go to hell. I hate to be so blunt, but theres no point in sugar coating it. I have researched this subject for classes and personal reasons in the past, but I looked up some stuff for you. Here is what I found:

I have also heard of birthday parties that double as holiday parties. Like having a christmas theme even though its months away. But the best would be halloween.

if you liked him before you found out he likes you, you should go out with him. The only reason I say before you found out, is because a lot of times, when a girl finds out someone likes her, she starts to like him, but really she is just flattered that he likes her, so the feelings arent really there. Just determine if you like him or not and thats your answer

Okay...this is gonna be kinda long, but i really really need help. There's this guy I know, Alan...and he moved here from Utah, and I had a crush on him when i first met him, we go to the same church. well, i was real close to telling him, but one of my BEST friends took him. Then dumped him 8 months later. my mom invited him and his sister to come with us to Great America, a few months later. well, i finally got the guts and told him, and he told me he didn't really really like my friend like he does me. and we held hands on the ride home, and I'm only 13, and our religion says we arn't allowd to have a relationship until we're 16. and so i was really nvervous, esp. since his little sis (10 y/o) was sitting right next to us. It's been a year, and he keeps trying to hold my hand and kiss me an stuff, and i really don't think it's appropriate, and I've told him time and time again, that i think it's not right, and that we should wait a few years. well, he won't stop, and now we're in highschool. I'm really uncomferatable around him, esp. when we're alone. How do i get it through his head, i've tried just ignoring him, and i've tried talking to him. I dont' know what to do. His family moves around a lot, and i really don't want to let him down, cuz i know his past, it's been really rough for him. what do i do, I don't know how long he'll be living here. so I dont' know if I should just let him go, and tell him i don't like him, or just to put up with it until he moves again.

DO NOT do anything you dont want to do. If you dont want to lower your standards, explain to him that you just want a healthy friendship with him untill the time is right to become his girlfriend. Tell him that if he really likes you like he thinks he does, then it shouldnt be that hard. But you also cannot get mad at him if he does want a relationship with someone and moves on. *theres three things that a typical highschool relationship gives you that a good friendship doesnt. 1-status 2-How it makes YOU feel 3-the "stuff" (physical stuff) and those arent good reasons to date anyways. So a friendship gives you everything, but no pressure for the "stuff" and the other reasons. so explain this to him and if he understands great, and if not, you will find a guy that does.
ps- 13 is really young to date anyways, and most likely will end soon enough. So 16 is a good age to date because you are more able to be serious and can actually go places alone because yall will have cars.

Start off by talking to him more. Become friends with him. If he seems embarassed to talk to you since hes popular, forget about him. Move up by talking to him on the phone, then hang out with him, then maybe eventually you will feel comfortable telling him how you feel. Or you might have to flirt a little to show him. Who knows, maybe he will tell you he likes you before you get the chance to tell him. Just remember friends first.

Dont be scared. You need to relax, because it will be a lot easier. Read the instructions. The best tip I can give you is dont be afraid to push it in all the way, because it will hurt when you sit down if its not. And, when you put it in, you want the tampon and applicator to be parallel with your thighs, not pointed up ward from the bottom, cuz it goes in much easier.
I've played on a soccer team ever since I turned 7 (except for one year when I was 11 and skipped to play year round baseball). Last season, I was injured and out of it for 6 months. No physical activity or anything. Horrible for an active kid like me. This year I'm playing under 16, and it's gotten pretty competitive. I am not an extremely competitive person with things that I'm not terrific at.
I still have two (2) days to back down and not play. But the thing is, I'm positive that I'll regret either decision. I'm starting high school this year, and I don't know how busy I'll be with that, and I'm afraid I'll injure my knee again. Should I choose the more active one? I'm not asking for you to make the decision, just some helpful insight.

Well no doubt that highschool will have you busy. But if you are not in a lot of other activities, then you should be okay. Just decide If you want to play. Think about how many years you have put into soccer, and if you want to give that up. I gave up my sports when I went into highschool, and I regret it everyday. I miss being a part of the team, and I miss having something to do everyday. But the main factor you should look at is If you have fun playing, and If you honestly like it. That should give you your answer

*Tabletop crunch---Lay down on your back. bend your legs so your knees and feet are in the air at a straight line. Like your sitting in a chair, but the chair turned over. Then do your crunches in that position**Good for lower abs
*Bicycle crunch---same position as tabletop. When you do the crunches, bring your right knee in, and bend your torso so that your left elbow almost meets the knee. Reverse with the left knee and right elbow. **these should really make you burn

It is not technically possible to get pregnant from anal sex; there is no way for semen to get from the rectal tract to the vaginal tract.

I'm really tired of just wearing jeans and a t-shirt to school. I want to start dressing nicer. But all the nice/cute clothes that I find are tank tops or spaghetti straps. And the problem with that is at my school all tops have to have a strap of 3 inches.
Does anyone know of any place that has nice/cute tops that aren't tank or spaghetti?
